Mariscos Los Plebes

Drove pretty far for this place because of the reviews! We were in the mood for seafood and Unilocaled mariscos and this place had great reviews so we decided to take the drive.(30min) I’ll see I wasn’t impressed with the food, it’s okay no bad but mediocre people rave this place is amazing, maybe because we didn’t order the parilla or molcajete which seems to be the most popular. We ordered Coctel de Cameron and tacos El gobernador. Food was ehh the waiter was really sweet though, she’s the reason I gave this place 3 stars. She made my experience better. Otherwise nope not worth the drive, if you live local I guess. I rather go to Tacos Baja in commerce

I was so hungry after work and wanted mariscos so I Unilocaled it and found this place. It was okay the girl was nice and took my order to go. I got a fish and mixta tostada. It was okay. I would probably come again to sit in and order something different.

Pretty cool place they only thing is they only have one kind of beer. Tecate, yuck. Mariscos were good though. Mariscoco is my fav even though one time they didn’t serve it on the coco. Over all pretty good.

Good customer service, caldo 7 mares pretty good, and tasty, a lot of fish and all type of seafood. I will be back for sure!!! .Price is ok not to cheap not to expensive.

Best mariscos place in town. Don’t be off putted by the fact that it’s a little hole in the wall… The food is delicious. My favorite dish is the appetizer Los Plebes. The sauce is addicting

This is a nice establishment, Nice and clean restaurant, the food is always on point, the seafood is fresh. I may add that the staff is also polite and helpful suggesting food items. I recommend you try the naufragos, botanas mixtas, and the mojarras!

Amazinggg! i go here allllll the time. People there are always friendly! and their green salsa is to die for :)

This place is small but everything else is great the food was amazing !!! Will be coming back for sure (found a go to spot for mariscos)

We will definitely be back… but not during the summer. It was incredibly hot and uncomfortable in there. The drinks were even warm. Gross!
The food was good in taste but scary in temperature. I was hesitant to eat it at first because I wasn’t sure if that was a good thing. It still tasted good, but scary.
My son’s fried/​breaded shrimp were pretty good, too. He didn’t like them but I did. :)
Will give it another shot another time but not soon.

Bomb ceviche! Delicious chicken enchiladas! And service is fast and friendly. Perfect place to cure a hangover.

The food here was good, but this guy made the restaurant sit in with the food the worst. I also think he is the owner. Not only did he sit at the next table next to us. And watches us eat, while sticking out his tongue and licking his Xmas A whole 15 min, after my brother in law asked him if he wanted some of our food because he keeps looking at us (the ladies). He finally moved a crossed to do it to his own employees. Fat bastard didn’t even let you enjoy your food.

Los Plebes has to be one of my favorite restaurants place to eat fresh sea food. Order their shrimp tacos, they are great!

Ok so this is my first bad review ever, I do not like writing negative feed back but I feel the need to today after being very unsatisfied … I ordered 2 shrimp cocktails to go because I had a big hangover and figured why not? It’s the closest place to my house. So the lady who took my order said it would be ready in 15 mins. Ok not bad so I get there and there is no parking so I had to park next door at some other shop… I get there and OH GREAT they only take cash. And to top it off their ATM machine didn’t work, so I had to go next door to a tattoo shop to take cash out. So they charged me 3 dollars anyways that’s not the point I get here and she charges me $ 33 dollars for 2 shrimp cocktails? Wow I was thinking these must be amazing. So I get home and start eating it, realizing I needed to put lots of hot sauce & ketchup because the flavor wasn’t all that great. So I start eating more looking for shrimp wondering why this cocktail is so dam expensive? OH I know why! Because one of the cooks donated a piece of his hair to me… Isn’t that lovely :) absolutely grossed out. I stopped eating it and I will not go again. Not to mention I could have made a better shrimp cocktail. So if you choose to come I hope you end up luckier than me. I hate writing bad reviews but this place was just disappointing !

Hidden Gem! Today was my second visit and just like the first I was not disappointed. This time around I ordered the tosta mixta and was amazed by how big the order is. Two people can eat comfortably with one order. Everything is delicious!

Great place, and very friendly people. Food was great! We even got to hold a 9pound lobster!

This place definitely hits the spot! Was craving authentic Mexican seafood and this place came through, I had the molcajete and it was delicious, my bf had the mariscoco and that was also amazing! Our waitress was very attentive and we were even greeted by the cooks as soon as we walked in. Will definitely be coming back!

Good place, nice and small not too loud, service was really good the lady kept asking how we’re doing, everything so good the salsa and chips gosh the best salsa!
I’m ready to go back and have a tostada d Camaron.
I was looking for a Lala’s salon by here but ended up finding this very good not pricey shrimp place!

Excellent restaurant with good food and great service. The restaurant itself is very clean (restrooms as well), the waiters are very friendly and helpful.

Me gusta! La comida es muy rica, y es un lugar muy amplio y tranquilo, el servicio es muy amable.
Hay tacos al vapor, como sin fuera en mexico, increible, mejor que ir a Tijuana.
