I felt very welcomed and was served with the best quality service during my first visit to Dr. Tsang’s office. Everything in the office is spotless and all my questions were answered promptly from the moment I walked in to the moment I walked out. I was scared to get my x-​rays done, but Laura executed the process fast and efficiently without me feeling uncomfortable or any pain. Dr. Tsang was very gentle and was quick to tell me what was wrong with my teeth and provide advice for future procedures.

Having only gone once so far I can say that my first impression was very positive. Kindness and competence from the front desk to the dentist chair. Very satisfied.

This is my new dental home. This was my first time going to this dental office and from the time I walked in to the time I left everyone was amazing. I made my initial appt. On line and was called the very next day. They took all of my information over the phone so when I got there everything was ready. The receptionist Mrs. Elsa was so kind and helpful every step of the way. And Kathy the dental assistant made me fill as if one of my best friends was helping me through it all it made the whole experience amazing. And Dr. Tsang is so nice I love how he took pictures of my teeth and explained everything that was wrong and how straight forward and nice he was. This will be my new dental office for now on. Thank you for making my experience a GREAT one.

So happy with my new dentist Dr. Tsang! I had a pain free and very informative first appointment. From the moment I walked in The office I was welcomed by Elsa the lady in the front desk, who was very sweet and helpful. She explained the offers they provide for patients like myself with no insurance and answered all my questions.
The assistants and hygienist are very kind and make you feel right at home. I am someone who is very nervous and I hate the clicking and sounds the instruments make. I was very excited I was offered to listen to music of my liking to help me relax through my cleaning. Really happy with this office and I will highly recommend this office to friends and family.

I had a tooth emergency and wasn’t a patient but they fit me in. The staff is very helpful and the office is immaculate. I needed a crown and rather than making me wait to come back they fit me in immediately. I don’t have insurance and they offered a cash discount. They gave me headphones with Pandora so as to help drown out the sound of the drill and sunglasses to shield my eyes from the glare of the lights. The ceiling has lighted images of the sky which are very pretty. There are flat screen tv’s with nature videos (no sound) playing on the walls in each room. Did I say it was painless! The next day they even called me to ask how my mouth was! That has never happened before!
He will be my dentist for as long as I live in Ca. Way to go Dr. Tsang!

Dr. Tsang is a wonderful dentist. He is professional, efficient, and also is very good at explaining what is going to happen. Dentists usually give me anxiety but whenever I go here I feel at ease. From the great staff in the office and his wonderful assistants-​his office is a great place to go to. Highly recommend!

Dr. Tsang is literally the best dentist I’ve ever had! I’ve been to a lot of different dentists, because none seemed to be right for me or my family. My orthodontist (Axelrode, directly upstairs from this office) recommended Dr. Tsang, assuring he was the best in the area, and they were right!
I needed to have a quick check-​up because I had an appointment to put my braces on the following week, and they were more than willing to accommodate. They had a cancellation, and were able to squeeze me in the following day! Everyone on their staff is so sweet and caring. The overall atmosphere of the office makes it very inviting.
Dr. Tsang is super kind and patient. He is the only dentist I’ve had that actually reads the comments I make (on the paper that needs to be filled out before the appointment). He cares, and is completely understanding. I usually get a bit of anxiety going to the dentist because I’m really sensitive, but Dr. Tsang was very gentle. He also takes the time to explain to you how to improve your dental health, and teaches you about your teeth. I’m recommending this dentist to everyone! My entire family have already switched over, and love it here.

Dr Tsaing and his staff are excellent, I started being a patient a few years ago after a very bad experience with a dentist that left me never wanting to attend again. Dr. Tsaing was a pleasant and refreshing change for me and has changed my outlook on dental experience, excellent bedside manner, genuine and caring of his patients and not just insurance. I would highly recommend family and friends to this practice.

We are a military family and have traveled around the country. This dental office is honestly as good as it gets! They are all the Best in the business! Elsa is a true professional and really treats her patients as her own family! Dr. Tsang is a warm, caring, intelligent, and true dedicated professional! How fortunate we were to find this rare and wonderful group of professionals! I would highly recommend this office and do so all the time!

Dr. Tsang’s office is BOMB! Staff and assistants are all very sweet. They call to check on you after procedures and are always friendly. Dr. Tsang and his assistants are very gentle and want to make sure their patients are comfortable during dental work. I bring my 3 children here and after their first visit (years ago) they are never anxious about going in for visits or check ups, and always come out to the waiting room with a smile and a toy after being worked on. The office is very nice and dental equipment is all updated, we love out dental office. Definitely lifers!

The front desk is very friendly, helpful and are always accommodating to my schedule. They also are wonderful at follow-​ups and making sure that your experience went as expected.
Dr. Tsang and his dental assistance are great at explaining procedures. I just had some cavities filled and they made sure I was comfortable and told me to follow up if I have any trouble at all.
My experience with cleanings have also always been great and at the end you get a goody bag with all the essentials to keep your teeth healthy. :)
My husband also goes to Dr. Tsang and when he had an emergency in the evening Dr. Tsang called after business hours to help! He is great!
Overall great experience and my husband, mother and I are happy to have a dentist we can trust!

Usually, most dental experiences make me anxious at least, and abhorrent at best. I mean, I have NEVER had a pleasant experience at a dental office… Until now!
I was in desperate need of a deep cleaning and rectifying a few cavities. So I searched for a reputable dentist with great reviews who happened to be nearby. Then, I stumbled upon the holy grail of dentists and dental staff! These people are amazing!
The wonderful woman on the phone, Elsa is as sweet as can be. She happily scheduled an apt that was within a week. I came in and expressed my disdain for dentists and dentistry altogether. She told me not to worry that I was in good hands. The dental assistant (also very sweet, but I forgot her name) was very attentive and calming. She also made sure I was comfortable.
Now, for the dentist himself, Albert Tsang, DDS… He was phenomenal. He explained EVERYTHING before he commenced, and make absolute sure I was completely comfortable the entire time! I felt like I was being heard and he made an effort to answer every question I had. When I called about the swelling and left a message, HE (as opposed to someone else) called me back and and answered my questions. How amazing is that?!
They are also flexible with out-​of-​pocket expenses. Voila! I’ll be back for my other dental needs. Thanks guys :)

I’ve been to several dentist in my life but honestly no one compares to the level of expertise & kind service you get in this office. If you care about your teeth you would put them in the best hands by coming to Albert & his team. The hygienist is very careful & sure to make sure every tooth is happy & healthy so you can have a long lasting smile. The technology used in his office is the latest & makes you feel confident that you are getting the best dental care possible. I was so impressed when the dentist took pictures of my teeth & projected them to me in a monitor. He demonstrated my need for a filling. He gained my trust by facing me with the image of my cavity versus other dentist who might drill a whole just to fill it. You have got to be careful who you trust your teeth with… Albert is the Best!

My dental hygienist is very friendly. She takes her time and is gentle on the gums. She does a good job of cleaning my teeth. I am very satisfied with her service.
Dr. Tsang employs many of the latest electronic dental systems including a computerized electronic x-​ray system. No film required! I like the TVs and electronic records. Very easy to review images on the screen together.
I’ve had an incidence where I’ve had to return for some rework, but Dr. Tsang was very receptive and completed the work hassle-​free. He even gave me a free gift card to compensate me for my troubles.
My over-​all routine experience with this dental office has been satisfactory.

Haven’t reviewed anything in such a long time but I knew I had to the minute I left the facility today.
I was referred here by first, my husband and secondly my orthodontist. I was reluctant to begin with, as I was pretty darn set to my now, previous dentist.
Since being referred, I was booked with an immediate appointment. No hassle at all, very convenient and accommodating. From this first visit, I had deep cleaning done by the hygienist who is funny, adorable, great at what she does, and very attentive.
My second visit (today), was to have 4 tooth extractions which was pretty nerve wrecking going in, however the process was not so bad at all. Done within an hour, voila! Seamless and painless!
Dr. Tsang was great from beginning to end, and as other reviewers have mentioned… Yes the staff members too, are all amazing. Literally everyone I’ve met, from Elsa the appointment coordinator to the dental assistants. I couldn’t be more happier, it definitely made me feel more comfortable and at ease. I am a completely happy patient and I’ll also be a returning one as well!

Wow, I can’t wait for my next 6 month cleaning! First of all, Dr. Tsang makes seeing the dentist without insurance easy and affordable. His staff is friendly and his office very nice. Most of all, the patients while my visit were very happy and smiling.
This is the best dentist I have been too, no scamming, thorough exam with photos and X-​rays. Now to the cleaning, they use a high water pressure device to break up the tartar and minimal scraping. Much more comfortable than the old fashioned way! It’s nice to look up for once and see the sky and palm tree’s (modern light covers). Dr. Tsang and the assistant were both friendly, kept the conversation general and naturally made me feel included. Very professional and caring people.
Lastly, no matter how young or old, he reminds you of how to brush and floss appropriately. He packed me a to go goody bag with an electric toothbrush, floss and mini toothpaste. Also, offer a cool water flosser at cost. Once again, they offer their services at a fair price and go above and beyond what you pay for!!!

Never before have I felt the need to write a review for a business — however, after receiving such great service from Dr. Tsang and the rest of the employees in his office, I was compelled to. To begin, it is extremely easy to schedule an appointment with them. Leading up to my appointment, I was frequently prompted with email/​text reminders of my appointment. Being a forgetful person, I found it especially helpful. Once I got there, I was seen quickly after checking in. The dental assistant was very kind and sociable. When taking my x-​rays, she took extra care to make sure the little square contraption sat comfortably in my mouth (or as comfortable as they can possibly be!). I’ve never had someone go out of their way to make sure it wasn’t digging into the roof of my mouth or gums, so I definitely appreciated it. She even added little cushions on the side to ease the process.
Dr. Tsang, himself, is very kind and approachable. When explaining something, he walks you through to make you understand what the problem is, why it is a problem, and what his recommended solution is + other options. Oftentimes, I’ve felt that other doctors in the past have thrown a bunch of medical jargon at me — and expecting me to comply with their solution. Dr. Tsang and his assistant were patient and made sure I clearly understood everything before I made my decision about my treatment.
During my procedure, they made sure I was very comfortable — putting on Finding Nemo on the screen and giving me plush headphones to listen to. He would pause occasionally to ask if any areas were particularly sensitive (usually after I made a face) and continue if I gave him the okay. After about half an hour, they gave me a break, even though I didn’t ask for it, because they noticed that I was getting tired from holding my mouth open for so long. Often, I find myself unable to ask for these things during procedures like this because I just want to get it all over with. But fortunately, Dr. Tsang is observant and knows what would allow for me to be more comfortable and at ease.
After the treatment, they gave me specific instructions on how to upkeep my gum health once I left the office. They provided me with the proper tools plus a few more additional goodies! (Like an electronic toothbrush!) Afterwards, I had to schedule a follow up appointment that would fall in my very short winter break (only two weeks long). His secretary found me a spot despite the anticipated closed office and my limited availability.
Dr. Tsang and his office truly are exceptional. I can’t ever say that I’ve had a positive dental experience… until now. I highly recommend him!
