Justin and Carl… I DO recommend these two guys they are honest hard working men and absolutely very knowledgeable and professional. I want to thank you both so very much for all your hard work your both AWESOME! Ivan & Nellie.

I called and left messages at two local companies to inquire as to when they could come out and replace the cold water valve connected to the hose to my washing machine as It leaked in the off position and Best Buy would not install the washer until fixed. Never received a call back. Found Justin’s company on Google, called and within 5 minutes received a call back. Texted him a picture of the part, as he requested, so that he could come prepared, and set up an appointment the next afternoon! He was here right at 5:00 pm. Very nice guy… polite, personable, friendly. Fixed the issue within 30 minutes. I would and have recommended them to others.

My wife and I are disabled seniors.
We needed plumbing repairs under our house. Two other plumbers said this problem cannot be fixed. I checked on Unilocal and chose Justin’s plumbing for a score of 5 stars.
Mr. Justin Day showed up in an unmarked van and had another guy crawl under the house. He claimed the plumbing fix will take 4 to 5 days and quoted an expensive fee.
Justin is very social and has a charming personality. He told me of his 10 years of experience working for his dad and promised a 20 years guarantee for the repair. His honest face convinced me and I signed his proposal.
I had to leave in a hurry to take care of my wife who has ALZ. So I failed to notice that he did not give me a copy of his proposal. Justin called a couple of days later declaring that he finished the whole job in one day and asked for my VISA number. My alarm bells were numb and I gave it to him.
When I received my VISA bill I noticed that he charged me a higher amount then
what I remembered agreeing for.
In the meantime I found out that Justin also goes by another name «Carl Turpin», does not return my calls, sometimes returns emails as «Carl Turpin» and now I do not know what he did under my house…
I am a fool but I am sure not going to look on Unilocal again. DO YOUR OWN RESEARCH!!!

I was installing a new garbage disposal. Since my new disposal was so much bigger then my old one the pipes did not line up. Found Justin’s and gave him a call at 6:30pm said he would come the next day between 3−6pm but came earlier. They looked at it and said it had to be repiped. They did the job in about an hour, everything works wonderful.
Really good and friendly service. I would recommend them to my family and friends!

Called this morning to get help fixing main water pipe that broke late the night before. We were given a 2 hour window 10 – 12, Justin was here at 10am. Gave us a quote and had water back on in less than 1 hour. Very friendly and price was very good. Will definitely use in the future

We just bought a new home in Concord and it needed a lot of work — lots of nasty plumbing issues and it was a real drag. Fortunately, Carl from Justin’s Plumbing came to our rescue and we could not be more pleased with his service. He is very professional and trustworthy — always on time — even works on Sundays! Incredibly responsive and just flat out good at his job. We will use Justin’s Plumbing for the long term and highly recommend to anyone who wants great service for an honest price.

I called out a few plumbers before I settled on this one. He respond with interest and concern for the job. He gave me options and time frames that all met my needs. The end job was professional and satisfying for me.

These Guys are amazing… One call & they were on time, & came out when most plumbers are closed, I’d been having the worst plumbing problems for almost a week & kept getting the run around from a certain company… decided to try my luck with these guys & I’m a very happy customer & happy that they came out so late & got the job done in no time, they were very professional & answered every question I had… thanks again guys

Came home yesterday to a leaking water heater in our garage. Turns out the whole heater had to be replaced. The first two companies that came out tried charging me over $ 3000.00 to install a new heater! I still can’t believe it! I figured with that kind of number I had to get a couple more estimates. Justin was the 3^rd plumber that we called and we wish it had been the first. Justin arrived on time and answered all of the questions we had. We were very glad to have a real plumber finally helping us, and not just a greedy salesman. After he gave us a couple of options we decided to have Justin do the work, and install a new water heater. Looks great, works great, and I don’t feel like we were being ripped off. I will never call a different company again for any future emergencies! Thanks!

On time clean good price just to begin which is hard today to find
Sewer backed up justin was able to clean my line and give me some options on a permanent fix
My line had roots growing in through a broken section of pipe he showed on his camera pretty cool will be calling back to get fixed when budget is right
