Wow, what amazing service… NOT! I called for a quote on basic services and the rude girl, yes I said girl, on the phone asked for my address. I refused to give my address as I am not a customer yet, and really there is no need for her to have my address. I gave her the city that I live in and she said that wasn’t enough information to give me a quote. I told her, then I would call the 3 other pest control companies I spoke with earlier who did NOT need my exact address for a quote, and give them my business. She promptly hung up on me. Stellar service Orkin!
