History

Established in 2007.

Nicky has been a BBQ fanatic for longer than he can remember. He had his 14ft mobile BBQ Pit custom built and since it’s mobile he cooks meat on site. There is full service catering and he caters throughout the Pgh area.

Manager

Joanne is Nicky’s wife and handles the business and customer contact part of the business. She happens to be a vegetarian and has introduced a lot of great vegetarian recipes for Nick to make. They truly are the «odd» couple!

She’s a vegetarian and does’t like to cook while Nick is a meat lover and loves to cook .This year she is making the buffet tables very decorative. She has also introduced themes, games, food bars etc., Their prices are still very reasonable.
