Dr. Daniel Lee graduated from UCLA School of Dentistry with the degree of Doctor of Dental Surgery with honors in many subjects. Prior to studying at UCLA, Dr. Lee has graduated from UC San Diego with a bachelor degree in Animal Physiology and Neuroscience. Dr. Lee has been practicing dentistry for over 16 years. He has been in his current location for 16 years. Since he began practicing dentistry, Dr. Lee has kept up to date on many continuing educational classes, ensuring that his patients receive the most comprehensive and advanced dental care.

In addition to many advanced subjects, Dr. Lee has completed his mini-​implant residency at Nobel Biocare in Yorba Linda. And for orthodontic education Dr. Lee has completed his mini-​orthodontic residency through Rondeau Seminars.

Dr. Lee is a member of the American Dental Association, the California Dental Association, Orange County Dental Society, International Congress of Oral Implantologists, and International Association for Orthodonti

I had my first appointment with Dr. Lee today to start the process of replacing a couple of crowns that had been placed by another dentist and that had fallen out. I was very pleased with the whole experience. The staff was clear in explaining the extent to which insurance would cover the work that I needed, the total costs of that work, and the exact nature of the work that would need to be done. During each step of the exam and procedure, Dr. Lee took the time to inform me about what he was doing and even earnestly and completely answered my silly questions («Do you think it’s hard for a left-​handed person to be a dentist?»). Most importantly, he made me feel confident about the work he was doing and respected as a participant in my own health care by explaining why he was making certain treatment decisions and by showing me the X-​rays and talking me through the things that he saw. He worked conscientiously and checked in on me several times to make sure I was doing fine (I was!). This was easily the most pleasant experience I’ve ever had at the dentist, which is saying a lot for a visit in which I had significant work done. I’m glad to have found this office, and grateful to the Unilocal reviews that brought me here!
I’ll also echo the other reviewers who said they didn’t feel the Novacain shot. I wanted to attribute it to my general badassedness, but I guess the credit goes to Dr. Lee for that one, too. :)

I’ve been going to Dr. Lee for several years now. He’s gentle, caring, professional and a compassionate dentist. I’ve referred all my friends, family and employees to him and they all had a great experience. His staff are friendly and professional and willing to help me if I have an emergency. He’s also available on the weekends. It’s hard for me to take time off from work because of my hectic schedule but Dr. Lee always makes time to see me. He truly cares about his patients and his work. He’s a dedicated doctor! If you’re looking for a dentist– GO TO DR. LEE! He’s the BEST!

Dr Lee is the best Dentist I’ve ever had! I went to see Dr. Lee for the first time for a cleaning and a fitting for invisialign. I also had a cavity and I needed to get that area numb. I’m terrified of shots so I started to get a little nervous and scared. Mr Lee was so gentle and made sure I was okay during the whole process. I barely felt the shot! The whole visit was great! Dr Lee is amazing! I’m definitely recommending him to all my family and friends.

Dr. Daniel Lee is an excellent dentist. Very knowledgeable, professional, nice and kind. He really cares about his patients. I’ve seen several doctors and dentists, have tried different treatments and medicines, but nothing really worked. Dr. Lee was the one who really helped me. I wish more dentists were as knowledgeable, professional and caring as Dr. Lee. I would definitely recommend him to all of my friends.

Our family has been coming to Dr. Lee for years. He is super gentle and is a great choice for those who may be uncomfortable or nervous going to the dentist. My kids switched over to him (from a pediatric dentist) as soon as they were big enough for the full sized instruments. I would definitely recommend him.

I’ve always hated the dentist. I’m always paranoid about the doctor because the ones I’ve met in the past did a mediocre job, but not Dr. Lee. He was just like what people said about him. He is quick, detailed, and also very caring. I went in for a root canal and the procedure was painless. Staff is awesome. Dr. Lee is awesome. This place is awesome. I highly recommend this dentist.

I first came here a few years ago just to check it out with a «tester» teeth cleaning.
So far, service has been great. I’ve had several gnarly cavities filled, some replacing old silver fillings. My teeth look better than nature intended (thanks for the lousy enamel, mom and dad).
Nobody likes going to the dentist, but this place makes it almost pleasant.

Dr. Lee is wonderful and going to the dentist has ceased to be a hassle. The office is clean, new and smartly designed, making you immediately feel at ease and at home. I am usually very scared for my dental visits but my experience at this dentistry was amazing! I came in for a root canal and it was quick and literally painless. Dr. Lee and his staff were very attentive and friendly during the whole process. I was comfortable and relaxed the entire time. He does a great job addressing my issues, he consistently communicates what needs to be done, and he works with me on a financial level to make sure the treatment is appropriate for my current financial status. I’ve been coming here for over 3 years. Staff is very friendly and honest I feel comfortable getting my treatment/​cleaning done. Dr Lee is AMAZING with shots I didn’t feel a thing!!! I don’t have the best teeth but Dr. Lee fixed me up. He said my molar teeth had a lot of cavity so he took a picture (camera not an x-​ray) so I could have a better look. I thought it was really cool seeing my tooth in the computer!!!

Dr. Daniel Lee is the best. He genuinely cares about his patients and explains what he’s doing and makes you feel comfortable. He’s also really gentle and tries to minimize the pain and scariness of the drills and shots.
My fiancé recently went in because his filling came out and was in excruciating pain. He also didn’t have any dental insurance. Dr. Lee patched him up and didn’t even charge him that much. Talk about a nice guy!
I highly recommend him for adults and kids.

My husband and I have been going to Dr. lee for several years now; although he is a good dentist I can’t give him a good review. Out of the blue he just stopped taking insurance, when I called for a referral thru couldn’t give me one. Here I thought i had a dentist that actually cared for his patients, turns out I was wrong!

After all my years of going to the dentist, Dr. Lee has been the best dentist I’ve ever had. The staff is great. I love how Dr. Lee does everything and he doesn’t have a separate dental hygienist. He works quickly and efficiently. I also don’t feel cheated when I am there. I have been to different dental offices and I feel like they make up prices because it changes every time. I would highly recommend this dentist to anyone.

After five years of no dental treatment I finally decided to do something about my teeth and I chose imperial rose dentistry, the staff are beautiful and warmhearted and the Dr was good at what he does, I received 2 fillings, all wisdom teeth extraction & standard cleaning. I’d recommend a visit.

I came here because I heard great things about Dr. Daniel. I didn’t feel any pain at all!!! Hence he’s getting a 5 star in my book. Honestly, I have a phobia of dentists and I haven’t been to one in 13 years so the fact that I finally came here says a lot! I had 3 silver fillings that were WAY OVERDUE to be replaced (over +15 years) and he replaced them all quickly, painlessly, and professionally!
Staff here is nice and warm! The location of this place however is kind of obscure. It’s located in a plaza smooshed between 2 other businesses, but inside it looks really new, and the facility looks really nice. I would recommend this place to anyone that wants their teeth done right :)
