Business Owner

Dr. Dougal is one of the founders of Orange County Eyecare Optometry, Inc. He is one of six optometrists providing primary eye care, pediatric and geriatric vision care services, laser vision correction management, and treatment of ocular disease, eye allergies and ocular infection. He has specialized in contact lens fitting for over 25 years, he is certified in refractive surgery management, cataract management and the treatment of computer vision syndrome. Dr. Dougal is California Board of Optometry certified in Treatment and Management of Ocular Disease. He is a Fellow and a Diplomate in the Cornea, Contact Lens & Refractove Surgery Secton of the American Academy of Optometry. Dr. Dougal has been a member of the Contact Lens Association of Ophthalmologists, the International Society of Refractive Surgery, the American Optometric Association, and the Contact Lens Society of America. Dr. Dougal has lived in Orange County since graduating Anaheim High School and Fullerton College. H
