This company is great. They came out to my house and fixed my LG LCD TV. It took them about 30 minutes and charged me $ 250. Much cheaper than a new tv. The service guys were very nice and professional. I would highly recommend.

Very Poor Service!!!
I drop off my receiver for warranty repair and was told it may 7 – 10 days. They will call me when its done. Ok… sounds good.
Call them after 2 weeks, and they said they got the parts in and just doing some final testing and should be done in 1 – 2 days. They will call me when its done. Ok…

Call them after a MONTH! They said the part was on back order so it may take little longer. They will call me when its done…
It was soooo long i kind of forgot about it.
Finally call them (one last time) after TWO MONTHS!!! They said it was done and i asked when was it completed? The worker said she didn’t know. I went down there and pick up my receiver and just left. Too tired and upset about it. also making a scene would not help.
Looked at the invoice, it stated it was completed 3 weeks ago! WTF! during the whole time, i did NOT receive a single call or message from them. i also noticed scratches and dings on my receiver.
I WOULD NEVER GO THERE AGAIN AND WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE.
