Scott was born in Westboro, Massachusetts, but attended High School at Harvard High in North Hollywood, Ca. After spending a year at Northwestern, he graduated from UC Berkekely majoring in Comparative Literature with a focus on German, Latin and English. After working in all facets of banking and obtaining his MBA from Cal State Fullerton, Scott started his first real estate brokerage in 1997. He served on the Placentia City Council from 2000 – 2008 and was elected Mayor for 3 of those years. He currently is broke/​owner of Coldwell Banker Excellence, owner of Progressive Property Management, and co-​owner of Progressive Escrow, Inc.
