I’ve been using ‘You’ve Got Maids’ for about 3 months and I am beyond satisfied. Every 2 weeks Sandra shows up and makes my store shine. Her attention to detail and professionalism is what keeps me using their service. Thank you Sandra!

I messaged them on Unilocal around 5pm and got a call from Josh within the hour to set up an appointment the very next day. It was so last minute and he did everything in his power to accommodate us and our situation.

Josh was extremely fast, patient and understanding. I asked so many questions and was extremely hesitant about having cleaners after the last company we hired. I expressed ALL of my concerns and he assured me everything will be ok. The fact that he accommodated us within 16 hours was just the greatest plus ever.

Great over the phone. As for the employees who came to clean? According to my husband, just awesome! Josh even went above and beyond by coming in to check since it was our 1^st cleaning.
Cleanliness: 4.5÷5
Everything they did clean was flawless. Unfortunately, some deep cleaning couldn’t get done since we had run out of time. But that’s what happens when it’s last minute, the first time and a lot of cleaning to do. Hopefully, when we sign up for biweekly services it will be easier to clean and more thorough.

Josh followed up twice and didn’t harass me after not responding to either. I truly appreciated this since we were so busy and out of town anyway. Now that we will be home more, I was able to respond.

**SIDE NOTE: I am extremely picky when it comes to cleaners since I work in the Property Management business. I have had my fair share of insufficient cleaners and hold on tight to what very few sufficient cleaners there are in the area. This is the first company I am scheduling services with to come back every couple of weeks.**

Sandra M & Erica L & their Team has been excellent in doing the job I have asked them to do around the house. They are prompt, very organized and understanding! I have them on ongoing basis and will keep them as long as my house keeps shining!

We had our first cleaning yesterday. We opted for the 52 point spring cleaning. OMG! Our ladies did an amazing job and we couldn’t be happier!

We originally contacted You’ve Got Maids to have our house cleaned before our most recent child was born. We had 4 days before her birth, and they were able to come out with only 2 days notice. They explained their price for the size of our house over the phone and confirmed the price in person when they arrived. Within 2 hours, the house was scrubbed clean and we setup a schedule of cleaning every 4 weeks. After the first few visits, the maids were able to charge less than our intial quote because they became familiar with our home and could clean it faster. We’ve now been using You’ve Got Maids for over a year and have no complaints. If we need the oven cleaned, or the fridge wiped out, we just let them know and they fit it in to their usual cleaning. The women are always super friendly and work efficiently. Definitely recommend them highly and trust them with our home!

There isn’t much I can say beyond how incredible this company was. During our stressful move they made everything just that much easier. Professional and efficient, truly an incredible company. Would recommend to everyone!

Josh and his team are wonderful! We have been using You’ve Got Maids for the past 8 months and have only had great experiences. They are professional, always on time (they give you a 2 hour window which is amazing), and never once have I felt that my house isn’t spotless after they are done cleaning (and I’m a clean freak). I hired this company again 3 maids came for 45 min and they managed to get my bathrooms and kitchen (only rooms I requested) spotless! We needed a last minute appointment and Josh made it happen, he has been very helpful and the maids were even better! Thanks girls!

I wouldn’t honestly say this place is by far the worst and most lazy cleaning service EVER! We wanted a deep cleaning with out rooms but wanted our laundry room cleaned they ran out of time so because as a first time client he comped up an hour which was great but there was nothing he could do when the laundry room wasn’t done when it was to be done in the first deep cleaning because he comped us as first time customers. Which is bull! He tries to talk his was around everything. Banisters were left with kids gew that dried but easily came up just by me lightly scratching it with my nail coffee table still had dried fruit blinds were never dusted back splash in the kitchen was never wiped bar was never even touched or wiped down still had crumbs my mantel and fire place was dusty The glass on my armoire was left with prints and kids crusty fingers I could go on and on about there poor service we received. I would definitely say DO NOT WAIST YOUR MONEY! Half ass job! And full of excuses as of why things weren’t done right the first time customers are always right and when you can’t compensate or make things right to satisfy your client it pretty obvious that this is not the place to choose!

I can’t express how discusted I was and I even had them back 3 times thinking they where having a off day but it turned out that was the way they cleaned, nasty and unsanitary. Used the same cleaning rag in the kitchen they used in the bathroom, shook out rugs in the house dust went everywhere, sprayed stinky vinegar on laminate floors (vinegar strips the coating off) I was also promised by JOSH that he would guarantee his maids services would be excellent and that was far from true. I paid over 200 dollars for the first cleaning and they didn’t even move the appliances on the counter they left bread crumbs under the microwave for the 4 times they came I left them there to see if rhe would ever clean there, they never did. 500 dollars later that was enough of their nasty so called cleaning. Does Josh try to make it right, hell no the only thing they did is come stir around the dust and whatever, make my house stink it never did smell fresh after they got done what they did is hurry up as fast as they could to leave 30 maybe 45 minutes for a kitchen, frontroom and 2 bathrooms and not 1 room was cleaned hardly at all. Fnjoy the money you got off of me JOSH it will be tha last you get from me. Oh yea you said your wife personally train them I would hate to see what your house looks like. You’ve got nasty maids.

I moved into a campus apartment recently and, to be honest, the cleanliness of the place left something to be desired. Sticky cabinets in the kitchen, a dingy shower… not optimal. But what can you expect from student housing? Since I had many more things to do other than clean, I ordered a deep cleaning from this service through Amazon. I was contacted promptly, the cleaners arrived when they said they would, and the apartment looks and feels like new. I would hire You’ve got MAIDS again, for sure!

The owner has the audacity to say that an hour of cleaning was discounted from the service. This is a LIE. The maids were claiming they stayed for four hours so the owner attempts to make it up by deducting 30 minutes and charging me 3 and a half hours when their maids were packing up after an hour and a half of cleaning telling me they were done. I had to do my own disinfecting and cleaning discovering because of so many missed spots. This company was a waste of my time and money. Unsanitary and very inefficient service! I don’t even want to put food in my fridge seeing they used the same rags they wiped the bathroom with were being used to clean my kitchen. Disgusting!

Like many… Spring was here before I got to my Spring Cleaning!!! Rather than let it make my crazy– I called Josh for help.
The team arrived as planned and after a brief walk through, got to working! I can not tell you how pleased I was with the outcome! It is SUCH a treat to know that all the stress of me TRYING to find the time to do it myself just disappeared!
I don’t know why I have never used a maid service before, but I can say it will NOT be the last time!

You’ve Got Maids OC is by far the best maid service I’ve ever used. They were friendly, on time and thoroughly explained what the service was going to be. When they arrived to clean they did it with a smile on their face, witch maid me feel they were happy to be there. The work they did was exceptional and went over everything that was expected and explained to me at the beginning. I definitely got my money’s worth and I highly recommend You’ve Got Maid of OC to everyone. If you need great service with a great deal for your budget, you definitely want to call them. I called about 15 other Cleaning Services and finally met Josh who was amazingly helpful. He took the time to really help me understand the service and what I’d get for my budget. He really cared about making sure I got what I needed done and promised to send me his best staff.
On the day of the service they arrived at the time promised and got started right away. She was kind amd respectful of how I wanted things and how her time was spent. They were careful with my belongings and made me feel very comfortable leaving if I needed to.

OC Maids came to my home this week and completely transformed my kitchen and bathrooms-​and I have a 2 story home with 3 restrooms. They were not only on time but early and came knocking on my door with a smile on they’re fair. This was my first time ever calling a maid/​cleaning service but since I’m currently injured from a recent fitness event I decided to give them a call to help me out in the home since I’m having a hard time getting around the house much less do any cleaning.
They scheduled me in quickly within the same week I called! I couldn’t be more impressed with the service and how clean everything turned out. Also I never realized how dirty my kitchen was, and I clean my kitchen I would say almost everyday but the attention to details is what really stood out to me, they removed some stains and splatter that had appeared on my kitchen walls that I had been unable to remove. They did an even more excellent job in all 3 of my restrooms!!! Mirrors were spotless, I had left some dishes in the kitchen sink and they did my dishes too! I asked them if they needed me to do anything or move anything so they could clean and they said «no, we will do everything, you can go rest!» That put the biggest smile on my face! and the best part of OC Maids is that they use all environmental friendly products!!!

I found out OC You’ve Got Maids from Craiglist and saw a few reviews on here so I decided to give them a call. Their prices were fair especially for all the work they are doing. They provide you with a checklist so you know what you’re getting with what service. That was really helpful in choosing a service that was right for our needs. They even back up their work with a guarantee so if you find something that wasn’t done to your liking they’ll come back and fix it. I didn’t have to do this though because they did such a great job. I was initially quoted a price and upon cleaning of my house Josh called me to let me know that because there were a lot of knickknacks around it would take them a bit longer to do since they all needed to be moved and dusted. He said they usually charge $ 80/​hr but because he had already quoted me he would only charge $ 40 I appreciated this. I love that Josh stayed in touch throughout all of it though. I would definitely recommend hiring them and I’m planning on having them come on a regular basis. Totally worth it.

I have a condo that I rent out and I was so busy I could not get any help to clean it, for the new tenants at the last minute I called Josh he was so friendly and when Sandra and her team came by and took over it made my life so much easier. I was able to turn the keys over to my renter and catch my flight in time it made my life so much easier. The place was so immaculate the tenant was not able to make any comments on the cleanliness.

Boyfriend hired them on a whim from Craig’s List for a move-​out detail. We had done the bulk of the cleaning before they came, but they catered to the labor intensive cleaning such as appliances, blinds, stairs, etc.
I left them to do their work and checked in periodically. They kept in touch via text and phone call to let me know their progress and when they thought they might go over, they waited to hear from me. We paid extra to go about 2 hours over the time allotted but they did a great job! Would definitely book with them again!
