I stumbled across them by seeing their balloons around town and Peggy is so helpful! She even called me back on a weekend after the New Years day holiday. Unreliable. Unprofessional. I scheduled a surprise 12′ cake balloon to be erected at a residence at midnight. I specified they would need extra extension cords to reach the outlet (these types of balloons require power). They showed up FOUR hours early with everyone awake and inside the house. They called the wife inside the house (I specifically listed her to call for an emergency only call) and asked HER for extension cords. They completely blew the surprise and I had to cancel the entire thing. When I called to cancel, the woman (Peggy) who handled my order was laughing and saying something about not being able to control when the owner shows up — they are his balloons. WHAT?!! She tried to get me to agree to paying some sort of (not previously agreed upon) deposit. I refused. I’m not paying for something they royally botched.
