Brew Link Brewing Company

Off of the beaten path in the middle of nowhere in Plainfield exists a tiny brewery that (at the time of my visit) puts out a single and very respectable IPA. There’s something else in the air there besides the sweet maltiness that tells the story of ambition and uncertainty of a new business. Ask them about the roadblocks they faced in getting set up and then you’ll notice that the beer tastes just a little bit better. If you love beer or business, take the opportunity of really talking to the people there about either while this place is relatively small and unknown. The experience reminded me a lot of the time that Sun King was pouring unlimited samples from a small walk in fridge.
