Great place! Great food! Plenty of pizza, salad, soup and desserts! The macaroni pizza was my son’s favorite — I liked it too! We will definitely be back.

So its a cheap pizza buffet and the staff is very nice and quick. Unfortunately, its not the same since they re-opened. Just not as good as before.

It is what is lol. Don’t set your expectations too high. Pizza buffet, full salad bar, and limited pasta and dessert options. I really wanted to like this place and gave it a try after finding a groupon. But honestly the pizza was just not that good(of course this is my opinion. Others may differ). Was very impressed by their salad bar, how often they replenished their pizzas, and how good their dessert pizzas were. Staff was very nice and helpful. Only problem I really had was the taste of the food, just very bland in my opinion.

If you want possibly the worst possible experience, come to this place. The«manager,» when questioning him about seating, gave me a snarky answer about being patient. No apology, no nothing. At this point, I said goodbye; he started yelling at me to never come back. His name was John, I truly hope that he is not the store manager. He claims I have given him trouble in the past when I have never seen him! His GM did little to alleviate; he actually confronted me a second time to continue to argue. So if you choose to eat here, it’s truly buyer beware. When they say you get what you pay for, it truly holds at this particular Cicis. Completely unfortunate.

Staff is SO friendly, accommodating and customer focused! We came in shortly before close and they not only took care of us, but asked if we wanted anything special and kept bringing out fresh pizzas!

I’m not sure what all the fuss is about but my family and I had a great time here. Buffet is 5.99 for adults, not including a soft drink and I think it’s worth just about every penny. Plenty of pizza varieties, full salad bar, cheesy breadsticks, pasta, marinara and Alfredo sauces, chicken noodle soup, fresh baked brownies and cinnamon rolls. Dig in! We stopped in this past Sunday and had our fill and then some. The fella managing was very enthusiastic and more than helpful. He asked us multiple times if he could make us any particular pizza(literally anything we could come up with) but truth be told there were plenty of options at any given time. Toward the end of our meal my brother wanted a green olive and beef pizza so he made him a smaller personal one just for him at no extra cost. There’s no doubt in my mind we’ll be back.

I’m giving it 2 stars! The pizza is pretty good! As can be expected from a buffet! Only issues is the restroom, and spiders outside! The restroom has an odor that’s not at all pleasant. Just smells unclean, I can be smelt from the soda dispenser! Today there were about, I can’t even count. Too many spiders visible through the windows and on them! Gave that whole corner an eerie feel! Left a bit earlier than expected bc of the insects! Other than that well service! But it has become a steady stream downhill after the reopen!

I wish I could give no stars. Yes, it is what it is– but, it used to be SO much better. Since the re-open the pizza has gone so far down hill. The crust has no taste, just completely bland. A saltine cracker has more flavor. And their selection is insane. No pepperoni, no veggie, but three different kinds of chicken pizza and two spinach. What happened to pizza with sauce? What happened to the Mac and cheese pizza? But seriously, nothing has flavor. I don’t understand how it can be so different. At any given time there should be two pepperoni, two cheese, a veggie, a mac and cheese, and then some specials. It’s a kid place. I will continue to take the kids to the Cici’s in Naperville.

Allow me to explain the 5 star rating. As many others have stated, it is what it is. If on the same scale as the Cheesecake Factory, then i will change it to 1 star. But it is a pizza buffet for $ 5, and on that scale, it deserves 5 stars. Pizza is not the best, but i have had worse, and good variety too. Mac and cheese pizza is one of my favorites, and it is more common than some people think. Yes there is no shortage of kids, but who loves unlimited pizza more than those little buggers? So if you are reading this wondering where you should go to eat that is cheap and not too shabby, then i can tell you personally that there are much worse options out there.

Delicious! You get what you pay for, and at CiCi’s, you get great pizza and delicious brownies! Best time to go is a weekday during early evening. Don’t ever go to CiCi’s on a Friday or Saturday night or it’ll be so crowded.

This place is a $ 5 pizza, pasta and salad buffet. You get what you pay for. I think this place is geared towards children, and the quality of the pizza is average. This place is normally very rowdy and bustling with people crowding the buffet line for various concoctions.

First — remember its a buffet which costs less then $ 5 per person So it’s not gourmet but it’s not horrible. They have a variety of pizzas geared Toward kids, a handful of desserts, and a small salad bar. It’s normally loud & busy but for a small fee your family us sure To find something that fills your belly. It’s not a restaurant claiming To be healthy, but affordable … And that’s a claim it lives up to. They also support our schools and local groups … So it’s worth a try If your not looking for a+ pizza.

People need to get a grip. It’s a pizza buffet for 5 bucks. What the heck did you expect?! Lots of pizza, and lots of kids. Duh! Lots and lots of kids here all the time for that reason — so if you don’t have your own kids to add to the chaos — stay away! If you do have kids, and want a cheap and easy meal, it’s a great choice. The pizza is mediocre, but good selection and you can make special requests. The salad bar is not overwhelming, but enough that you can make a decent salad to add a tiny bit of «health» to the meal. But honestly, if you’re taking your family to a pizza buffet, maybe it’s a night off from following the food pyramid — you know, a special treat?! I don’t go here for the gourmet food — I go here because my kids love it and it’s cheap. And that’s what they do well.

I’m amazed when people come here and are surprised when it’s just pizza. Let’s see Cici’s Pizza Buffet, I wonder what they served? It’s like going into an Irish bar and asking if they serve Guinness. It’s not health food in here, save for the bowl of chopped lettuce. It’s greasy, fattening, yummy, pizza goodness. And that’s how it should remain. I found that the staff is almost overly friendly. They have pizzas on the line and if you want a special pizza, they’ll even bring it to the table. The price is about right. Where else are you going to eat yourself into a pizza coma for that? Okay not the best pizza ever,(think Little Caesar) but still pretty decent. The downside: they have a tremendous amount of kids running around. Thankfully, there a game room where the little bast… um, angels can play. Considering the price and the fact it’s not fine dining, Cici’s is a pretty good place to eat on a budget.

Yes cheap, but 20% fats and 80% carbs comprise this buffet. I realize I’m used to «city food» but come on. Not very clean and I wouldn’t say kid friendly since it’s really not meeting any kind of nourishment requirements a growing little body needs. They do have bottled water.

A pizza buffet serving 16 kinds of pies(rotating), soups, salads, and desserts, it is worth $ 4.99 an adult and $ 2.99 per kid. Under 3 eat free. Sodas are $ 1.49 at 32 ounce cup sizes. They take special requests, too, if you don’t see your favorite on display. The pizzas are always sitting underneath heat lamps, and since they are rotating flavors, always hot and crispy! Every item at the salad bar was very fresh and crunchy. The dressings were cold and creamy. Three desserts are served; cinnamon rolls, apple pie, and brownie’s sprinkled with confectioner’s sugar. All were quite warm and tasty. My personal favorites were the buffalo chicken pizza with hot sauce, salads, and warm brownies. Cici’s Pizza is good for groups and good for kids, brunch, lunch, and dinner.

For $ 4.99, you get pizza, pasta, salad, and dessert buffet. It’s $ 1.49 for a drink, and kids get to eat at the buffet for $ 2.99. Kids under 3 eat free. I’m not sure why everyone rated this one so low. I thought the people were very nice, and the pizza was different yet tasty. My kids and I especially liked the macaroni cheese pizza. I’d rate this higher than Pizza Hut. As for their pasta, it’s nothing extraordinary, but it’s nice to have the option. For the price, give it a shot.
