Horribly dissatisfied in our experience thus far — or lack of experience to put it best. Registered our child 2 months in advance of the upcoming season. It is now the week of, and not a single word from PSA or our coach!!! How are we to know where to go for practices/​games, etc. I’ve called on a number of occasions, and receive the same answer every time «These are volunteer coaches». Volunteer or not, if I paid for my child to play soccer, it’s up to PSA to assure that happens. Washing your hands of the situation based on the fact that it’s volunteer coaching doesn’t make it right.
