If I could give zero stars I would. Michelle that does the billing is AWFUL!!! I call to ask for a statement and she refuses. She hangs up when asked why a statement cannot be provided for charges. she has billed my insurance wrong repeatedly and now we have to sort through the mess and get it fixed because she won’t handle the account anymore. I will NEVER return to this office.
