The experience with Webb met my expectations. The waiting room was comfortable, and the estimate of how long the service would take and how much it would cost was accurate. So far, I have been able to trust the service department at Webb Chevrolet with repairs and service to my car.

We had a great experience buying our Chevy Traverse from Jim Ceci… he was so helpful and everyone was very friendly! I would definitely recommend this dealership to others and Jim was a great salesman not pushy at all… we love our new car!

I was in on Friday and was just in too look at an Impala. Didn’t think I would be driving home in a new one that same night. I was assisted by Erick Barraza. When I first saw him I thought this kid is young I’m just wasting my time, but in 20 minutes after a test drive I was sold. This was a young man with great knowledge and charisma. He worked his but off to get me a deal I couldn’t pass up on. The entire experience was just amazing and well I can’t compliment the staff enough. Great service, great people. This Will not be last time shopping with them.

I just bought a beautiful new Chevy Trax at Webb Cheby. Jim Ceci was the awesome sales guy that helped. They were nice, not pushy. Usually I am irritated with Car Dealers, not the case here. They tried very hard to give me what I wanted. Woo-​Hoo!!!
I can hardly believe I bought a Chevy, I was sold on foreign cars. When I saw what I could get on this new Chevy Trax compared to the foreign cars of the same type, I was sold!

I would just like to say what a great experience we had buying our new Chevy from Webb. Jim C. was phenomenal in meeting all of our needs, more than accommodating. As someone who used to buy trucks thru Tyson Dodge & Chrysler I can assure you that I will never go back to them after dealing with Webb. I will definitely be back in the future to buy more cars from you guys. I appreciate you guys letting us take the truck for a couple of days to test it out which is another thing Tyson wouldn’t let us do. That was a selling point for sure. When my wife and I went into Tyson we had a budget Tyson didn’t seem to want to work with, because of everything the people at Webb Chevy and Jim helped get me and my wife get into a better loaded truck so we had no problem spending the extra cash. Again, we can’t thank you guys enough for the wonderful experience and making truck buying so easy for us.

Let me begin with saying this — I have purchased more than 15 cars over the years, mostly from used car dealers. This has been, by far, the worst dealer experience I have ever had in my life.
In November 2015, after a few weeks of searching for a black 2012 Ford Fusion Sport AWD, I received an alert that one had come up for sale locally. I called Webb Chevrolet in Plainfield, IL and scheduled a visit to come look at the car. I had done business with Packey Webb Ford in Downers Grove, IL in the past and it was a good experience, so I figure why would it be any different at one of their other dealerships? The test drive went great, the car seemed mechanically sound, the entire purchasing process was pleasant, my salesman Jim C. was great, and the staff even stayed late after they closed in order to complete the deal and let me take the car home that night. I was happy to have found the exact car I had been looking for and thought I had found another quality dealership to do business with.
On the way home, I was able to get out on the open highway. As soon as I hit 55mph, I felt a noticeable vibration which I figured was probably just an out-​of-​balance tire. When I got home and looked at the car in my garage under the lights, I found that the passenger side ground effect was missing. These aren’t deal-​breakers and I figured I’ll call the dealer in the morning and we’ll figure something out since I just bought the car. I called the next morning, talked to my salesman, and he took down my issues so he could discuss with Jason, the used car manager. A couple days go by and Jim C. and I sync back up. I’m told that Jason insisted that the side skirt was definitely on the car when they had it on their lot and that it must have fallen off on my way home and that it will not be covered by the dealership. Now if you know anything about these cars, you know that these side skirts are both bolted and affixed by double-​sided tape. I highly doubt one would fall off unless I loaned my car to the Duke brothers, I mean I simply drove the car home 20 miles on an interstate. I decided to ask if they could produce the pictures that they used in their ad online so we could look at them together to figure out what happened. I was told the pictures had been deleted since the car had been sold. I find that unlikely since it had only been about 3 days since purchase, but I don’t work for Webb Chevrolet, nor do I know of their network storage retention policies. Sensing the defensive stance that the dealership was taking, I decided to move on and go ahead and purchase a new side skirt and have it installed.
The vibration was the next item to address and on the surface, it should have been the simplest issue to fix. I took the car in to get my tires balanced and had an alignment performed for good measure thinking this would fix the vibration. I drive off only to find that the vibration is still there. My next step was to schedule an appointment with my regular Ford dealer, Haggerty Ford in West Chicago, IL. In addition to the vibration that I needed them to diagnose, I had noticed that the car struggled to gain traction during the 1^st snow of the year a couple of weeks prior so I asked them to take a look at that as well. Only the front wheels seemed to be spinning and the AWD system never seemed to engage. Upon inspection, the technicians found that the AWD system was completely inoperable and looked like it had possibly been towed on a dolly at some point. Since it is an AWD car, it is known that you must use a flatbed for towing. Had it been snowing out when I test drove, I would have noticed this, but it wasn’t so I didn’t. When they road force balanced my wheels, they found that both of the rear wheels on my car were slightly bent, which is what was causing the vibration.
It has been quite a journey, but two new wheels, a new painted side skirt, and basically a brand new AWD system later, my car is finally back to 100% where it should have been before it was placed on Webb Chevrolet’s used car lot in the first place. Thankfully, the factory powertrain warranty will cover the AWD system, but the bent wheels and missing side skirt, of course, were not covered by the warranty.
Still, through all of this, I wanted to give the folks over at Webb the chance to make an effort to salvage the relationship. I talked to Jim C. at least four times on the phone, requested the used car manager, Jason A., call me to discuss the situation, and even emailed the sales director, Jackie W., three times. No one was interested in helping me out except for Jim C. Unfortunately, he’s just the salesman and was not able to do much for me, which is understandable. If the management is willing to let a repeat customer walk away over a mere $ 1900 (cost for 2 wheels, the new painted side skirt, the tire balance, and the alignment), then I simply cannot recommend anyone do business with this dealership.

So I come in today on a Saturday because I was talked into buying this road hazard tire warranty when I purchased my car. I normally get these the same day I buy the car from Discount Tire center and I’m in an out in an hour.
I’ve sat here for 2 hours because they can’t get ahold of the warranty company, claiming they must be closed, offering to «sell me a tire» at $ 120 installed, and I can call the warranty company for reimbursement. Really? You don’t know what this warranty company will and won’t approve for road hazard conditions? I’ve wasted so much time with this dealership being told one thing in the finance office only to find out it’s something else. I was not thrilled in the way my name was primary on all the paperwork, which has lead to me being the one who gets all the parking tickets in the mail instead of my husband.
In the process of writing this review the service advisor walks out to tell me not to worry about the tire, they’ll take care of it and submit the paperwork on Monday, they know it’ll be covered (DUH!) I had originally selected 2 stars, but because of that quick change I am updating the review to 5 stars.
I think they’ve finally begun to realize as a car dealership the service after the sale is what leads to repeat sales. I absolutely HATE GM products, but my husband adores Chevy products, so he got this car. I’ve been vocal in my preference to Subaru & Ford the whole time we’ve had this car. With the paperwork screw up I’ve rapidly considered getting a Ford and trading in this vehicle with only 12K miles.

If i could give Webb Chevy in oak lawn and Plainfield 0 stars thats what it will be. After being contacted for my experiance all i can say is that instead of making things right it made them worse. I Traveled out of my way to go to your other location in Plainfield and dealt with just as bad customer service as i did in Oak Lawn. That experience changed my wifes mind of trading in our 2010 Chevy Traverse for a new 2016 white Traverse she loved in your show room giving you a SECOND CHANCE AT A NEW LOCATION. Lost a customer for life and a sale. Thank you for getting in contact with me about my issue and trying to resolve it Webb Chevy but it again your employees only made it worst. I think the best investment at this moment is to train these rude people you employ! (2^nd Review)
Webb Chevy has a referral credit that they advertise when a previous customer refers someone to the dealership they are to give $ 100 referral credit to the customer. When my wife an i purchased our truck we made sure we let the sales guy know that Jessica our friend had referred us so that she can get $ 100 credit. John Demore assured us it will be taken care of and also the rude sales guy. it has been six months and still no credit has been given. I have called many times and all i keep getting is the run around. They keep dodging my calls they do not call back left many messages and nothing spoke to john Puppa and he mentioned to me the check will be in the cashiers office to be picked up when my friend Jessica wasted her time and gas to go pick up the check there was nothing there. i have call records of how many times i have called i have wasted hours trying to get this issue resolved. they are a bunch of scam artist and do not fallow through with what they advertise the referral credit is a big scam all i want is my friend to get her credit and for me never to contact that dealership again it has been the worst experience even our sales guy was a complete jerk and disrespectful to my wife was a liar and a smart ass his name is BRIAN. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE they are all a bunch of liars worst customer service ever not only that but they have the worst service departmemt ever. (1^st Review)

Had a SCHEDULED appointment for an oil change today, confirmed by Webb both via email and phone call. My husband came for the appointment only to be told that the service department is closed. When my husband explained that he had a confirmed appointment the response was «I don’t know what to tell you, it’s an imperfect world». Would never recommend doing business with a company that speaks that way to its customers, especially regarding an error that their company created. Will not be purchasing my next vehicle from this dealership. Disgusted with the lack of customer service.

Overall a great experience, continue to work with the salesman on his overall knowledge.

So after our not so super experience with the shop, we gave this dealership another shot and were pleasantly surprised with the superior customer service on the sales side. Between the sales team (Jim Cici), finance, and the shop — they were speedy in meeting our vehicle needs.
We will have many more opportunities, between oil changes and other warranty needs to work with the shop moving forward. Our hope is that our first experience was a fluke and we won’t hesitate to come back.

A week ago I purchased a 2015 Chevy Silverado 1500 ltz fromy Webb Chevy Plainfield. Isaac was my salesman and was very helpful and very knowledgeable about the couple different trucks that I was looking at, in fact when they did not have the exact vehicle I wanted in the lot, he drove 3 hours to pick one up. He as well as the sales manager who helped us come to an agreement that I could agree with, were both amazing. I have and will continue to recommend Isaac and whole team at Webb Chevrolet Plainfield from here on out. This is my second vehicle with webb plainfield and Isaac In the last 2 years.

Very disappointed with my overall experience here. At first I felt it went great when I was dealing one on one with the salesmen and the sales manger who is the nephew of the owner. However when it came to to finalize which vehicle I was going to purchase, and the Traverse from Webb Chevrolet was #1 on the list, the follow up was horrible. I left multiple messages and sent emails asking for a response. I received nothing. Therefore I am happy to say I purchased the same vehicle for a more at another local dealer. Sad, I wanted to give the young salesman my business very much.

My wife and I came here after a rather unfortunate experience with another Chevy Dealership in the Joliet area (basically we came into the dealership, did not get acknowledged in the five minutes we were there, and left). When we arrived, our sales rep Mark took care of us swiftly, and was able to get us into a new vehicle while paying attention to what was most important to us. Ryan, who is the finance manager, was also outstanding in terms of service and simply a no hassle experience. This was arguably the easiest car purchase we have ever done and we are now the proud owners of a 2015 Chevy Equinox. Would highly recommend not just for the customer service, but for simply one of the most honest dealerships I have ever worked with.

I loved the experience i had at this dealership. I went in to look at a used car that they had in their inventory, a 2012 Chevy Camaro but unfortunately i missed it by a day. But then the manager Jason brought out a brand new Yellow Camaro and asked me to test drive it and see how i feel and said that he would give me a very good deal. I loved the car, it had all the technology on it but it was a new car and i didnt think i could afford. But then, the salesman Jason and Manager Yaz got together and gave me a very very good deal. They were very courteous and pleaseant and especially the salesman, Jason helped me with making the right decision. It was a very smooth process and i drove the car home the same night, they even let me give the check from my bank a week later. To the point, no fuss and a very helpful staff! If you are in the market for a new or even a used car, WEBB Chevy Plainfield is the place to go!

We love this dealership. In our fifties and facing a poor credit situation due to circumstances beyond our control we also had little money to put down. We expected to be turned away or charged a double digit rate. Neither of those things happened. The salesman was compassionate and worked with us immediately. We got a fair rate and we walked out, unexpectedly, with a brand new 2015 car. We would go back to this dealership anytime.

1 hour 15 minutes every time for a simple oil change with an appointment made. Plus I always have to keep an eye out for my car because it seems that they finish and fail to tell anyone that right away, «why has my car been sitting outside for 10 min and I’m still here?» I purchased the car here and that was a pleasant experience. All the employees are nice as well, they just need to streamline their service center.

Had an awesome experience in service this week! I keep a pretty busy schedule so it can be hard to make an appointment for a simple oil change. I popped in this week to see if they could squeeze me in really quick an no problem! Not only was my oil changed quickly but they preformed a free inspection and even washed my truck for me! I was glad just to get the oil change done, they really went out of the way for me! Great dealership, friendly mechanics! UNION SHOP!

The dealership was nice and the people I met were also kind and polite. I did buy the car that I was inquiring about. The following is a more detailed review of my experience at this dealership.
I am not a going out and make a big purchase same day kind of guy. I research, review and revisit the item before I decided to buy.
The salesman I started working with help me locate the car and I test drove it. Also asked to see the Carfax, The 172 point report and the after inspection repair document. They provided all these documents quickly.
With the pricing; like most dealerships it was back and forth. Didn’t like how the salesman had to always go back and discuss it with his boss. Then I had to go back and talk with the boss too. They were really trying to get me to buy the car that day, when I told them I don’t do that. I did leave without the car and said I would be back.
A few days I was back and took the car to an outside mechanic, where they did find some minor issues. After returning the car we discussed the price again. After much work I did get the car at the price I was willing to pay. It was just a lot of work getting to that price.
About 3 months later I took it back for an oil change and a new key change. The service department was great, fast and friendly. The head guy at the service department was awesome and very nice! It is weird but I love the service department.
Over all nice place and I am happy with my 2010 Camaro.

Brought a Cruise in for warranty repair. Had car for 2 weeks never had 1 phone call. I had to call each time to check on car. Go to pick up car and it is full of grease prints on the paint and was left unlocked in parking lot. Take car home and look it over. Come to find out the radiator and condenser were bent in and the clips that attach the bumper were left missing. Took car back to see service manager. He didn’t even look at damage and started it’s not his fault. Funny thing is the condenser was replaced a few weeks before and I have a reciept stating that. Then he sends the Mechanic who worked on the car to talk to me. He also states not his problem and insults my car because he states it’s dirty and in poor shape so it’s my faulty he didn’t install the missing parts. Totally Rude service and 650 in damage to my car. Being in the automotive industry I pride myself on customer service and this place makes the whole industry look bad. Sad
