Pretty good place. First class drinks as well as the food. The only drawback of this place was it felt like it had no heating. But definitely you gotta try once if you are in the neighborhood. It is extremely delicious.

Food is great. Tomato basil soup with the bread dipping is to die for, however if you order delivery, expect a 1:30−2 hour delivery time even if they say 1 hour at most. Everything is great, the only deduction is for the long long wait time on the delay. We have ordered delivery twice so far and both times they said 1 hour and it was closer to 1:30 almost 2. We are only a few miles away. Portions are small (er) but that is expected from a health foods place. Overall there are better places I would rather go to.

I have been to a number of Cosi and have had mixed reactions. Some have slow and some have quick service.
I came a few weeks ago, ordered a Cosi Cobb, no bacon and ate there. They deliver the food to your table.
Today, I was in a rush and ordered the same thing, except to go.
After 15 minutes (for a salad???), my order arrives after seated people have been served.
Once I get back to my office, the dressing is in a separate container which is insufficient to cover anything other the top of the salad.
In addition, my request for no bacon had been ignored.
About the only thing that they did not screw up was the bread.
This will be the last time that I go here for lunch.

I’m addicted, especially to the smart fit salad topped with grilled chicken. I’ve ordered this dish over a dozen times and love the blend of fresh avocado and sweet potato mixed into the salad. The grilled chicken is always very fresh and moist rather than the standard ‘dried out’ crap other places serve. I’ve rated them 4⁄5 due to the wilted lettuce that shows up every now and then. I feel the high prices justify top notch ingredients.

I went there for lunch today and it was awesome! The bread is so yummy. Although this place is just like Panera Bread, a favorite lunch spot of mine, it definitely wins on the bread alone. I had the signature salad and melted chicken tmb sandwich both tasted great! I definitely look forward to having lunch here again in the near future.

I’ve come here plenty of times. I always enjoy the food. If you come during lunch it’s a little difficult to get a seat. Other then that it’s a great place. Somewhat similar to panera. Also the bathrooms are clean all the time!

Typical faat food sandwich joint with a «healthier» twist. Light mayo on sandwiches, multigrain breads, salads etc. I like the Turkey Light on multigrain myself.
Service is slow and the place is noisy. Soup was cold. Meh.

I went there with an open mind. Now I am I very picky eater, no meat or daily or eggs so a vegan diet. But the food I could eat was very distasteful and unsatisfying…

I love this place, they have such great healthy options. My favorite is the tandoori chicken sandwich. Their whole grain flat breads are filling and crispy. Their portions are generous so even if the calories are low you don’t leave hungry. I’ve had a few salads and they’re always fresh. This is a nice quick option for healthy food and the prices are very reasonable.

Soups, salads, sandwiches. The half/​half combinations are a good deal. I had the pumpkin chipotle soup which was thick and spicy and good for a cold night. Very Panera like with Panera coming out ahead by a nose. Cosi has the menu on a wall when you first walk in and then you walk about 20 feet to the register to give your order. Okay and easy for the young un’s but no way can my aged brain hold the 3 things I want to order and walk 20 feet. «I’ll have the ummm oops forgot»

I used to have a post-​workout dinner frequently at a Cosi in NYC and I had a pleasant experience with the food there every time. I was hoping to go through the same here but that was not how it turned out to be. I found the Adobo Chicken Bowl painfully mediocre. The service was pretty quick, like the order was at my table within three minutes. But it tasted pretty bland and not fresh. It was a pile of southwest salad (corn, black beans) with some very mediocre tasting pulled chicken and guacamole.

It’s a little like Panera and on the pricey side but overall good tasting food and the roasted marshmallows are terrific!
