I’ve been going to this Dunkin for the past 10+ years and I haven’t ever had a single complaint. Every single employee who works here is so friendly and sweet. They always take the time to get to know who you are and never fail to throw a smile your way no matter what hour you show up at. I’ve also utilized the fact that this location is opened 24 hours and studied quite a few times here. Most people tend to be in and out so the noise really was never an issue. In addition, after its renovation, it’s even more appealing to just sit there for a few hours.

A quick visit to purchase some dessert. This is a 24 hour location in a shopping center and there were a few people hanging out drinking some coffee and sharing some stories.
The store is small with just a few tables but perfect for picking up that cup of coffee and a donut. It was clean and I imagine very bright during daylight hours.
The one gentlemen behind the counter greeted us properly, picked and packed our order quickly.
Donuts were definitely fresh and tasty.

Popped into DD on a Sunday morning and requested 7 dozen donuts. Yes, 84 wonderful delicious treats. While this would halt operations and cause a meltdown at most DD’s, this location handled it very well. They were staffed well for a Sunday morning anyway and dedicated an employee to put together my boxes. 10 min later I was out the door and they even offered to help walk the boxes to my car. Never expected such an easy experience, especially while not holding up the line for a single minute. Well done!

I have to say this Dunkin has taken a turn for the worse. It used to be an average DD, not bad, not good, just average. But really, can a DD be great, the only thing that makes them different is cleanliness and service. This place seems clean, but it should be. The problem, at least the last 3 times I was there is the service. It seems like 6 people are there «working» but 5 of them are really just hanging out socializing. This wouldn’t bother me if I didn’t have to wait for a black coffee, literally the easiest thing they have to make. Good thing there’s a Starbucks in the same shopping center.

Love this Dunkin! Everyones so friendly and always know exactly what I like!
You have to find the right time to go though bc since it is one of the best dunkins around, it does tend to get a little busy (especially during weekday mornings around 8). But the lines usually go fairly quick!

staff knows what they doing, new management doing really good, store is very clean. I think this is only Dunkin I saw in LI where u can walk any time and always clean. price are different then other Dunkin because it’s own by different owner. food r the same but it’s much quicker and fresher.

Smaller than most of the otehr DD in the area, Also in a very high Traffic shopping center.
Very hard to find parking.
The store is always on the busy side, But the crew works great and very efficiently to get your drinks out asap.
In the summer they set up tables outside so you can sit and relax which is nice.

Classic Dunkin here. Very quick, friendly staff. I’m noticing a trend though that all the NY Dunkin’ prices are going up. Not good. But this place is tops though.
