Dunkin’ Donuts

Ok still 3 stars. The line moves quick, the coffee and tea selections are served up piping hot, the donuts are always fresh and delectable (as per the healthcare people) I bring them to consistently! but the restaurant is still not as clean as I would like to see. I sat yesterday by the window and I unfortunately saw the sunlight beaming in the windows on the take away counter, the sugar/​napkin/​straw bar area and the front counter where people sit and enjoy the dunkin choices. While I am one of those americans who run on dunkin. lol faithfully we need to clean it up a but please. There was a young lady wiping the tables but left crumbs on most of them and wasn’t paying attention. Her effort was excellent her task wasn’t done though. Evey person who works here is kind and professional and the management always smiles and says Good morning. I will be back again.

I am not much of a donut person but I need my coffee before I can speak to humans — and this place does it right.
The coffee is stupid hot, so be careful.
Fast service, wish they smiled a little more.
All in all a solid 3-​star place.

One of the better Dunkin Donuts in the area. The staff is usually very friendly and the orders are almost always on point. The coffee is always made perfect no matter if you get hot or iced. Breakfast sandwiches are okay, just typical quick heated, premade. Their donuts are made fresh on site, one of the few Dunkin locations that make their donuts in house, which is good because you can always expect fresh.
Location is great, it’s right on Jericho Turnpike situated right at a stop light, and has 2 entrances/​exits making it easy to get in and out.
Another great perk, they’re open 24 hours so whether you’re an early worm or a night owl, you can get your caffeine fix from DD.
Definitely recommend this location over the one in Woodbury and even over the one next to the Syosset LIRR. So if you have the option to drive, definitely make the effort to go to this one.

Literally THE BEST IVE EVER BEEN TOO ! theres an indian girl here with hair to her behind makes the order correct, make sure theres enough bacon on it very fast never late to school because of the team here ! wish it was closer to my house service is outstanding

I have problems here 90% of the time.
The staff just doesnt care. Either my order is totally wrong or screwed up some how.
I get the same thing every single morning, and every single morning I have to mix and stir up my own iced latte. It gets annoying after a while, I’ll just make my own back there if you cant do your job.
I can walk in at 445am and not a soul be in there and its still a terribly slow pace to get out of there.
I’ll never forget 2 instances — I had to reorder my bagel 3 times (Plain toasted with butter) I got every other bagel in existence and cream cheese. And the best… I ordered this spring donut it was purple… I asked for the purple donut. I got blue… yellow…pink…then was told by the employee that she was blind??? WHAT???
Just very silly issues in my book.

Used to come here every morning. For some reason though, every time I walked through the door, the girl employee and one of the male employees that works the cash register would always laugh hysterically. I always thought there was something on my face or maybe my fly was open or something silly. But this happened every time I walked in! So guess what! I will not be returning to that Dunkin Donuts! Who’s laughing now people!

Great staff at this location. Super fast and friendly. I witnessed two staff members jumping to different positions depending on which ones got overwhelmed.
The parking here is also convenient/​easy to get in and out of.

Meh. Staff was quick but cranky. Not terribly impressive. I’ll likely still come back, I don’t ask a lot from DD, and it gives what I ask and nothing more.

Best Dunkin ive ever been to! Always has fresh coffee and never skimps on brewing the dark roast! This single location has taken me from being a starbucks snob to a dunkin lover. Great staff and food.

One Dunkin Donuts is more or less like another, The only difference is the staff and the appearance.
This Dunkin Donuts has a great staff of friendly and courteous workers.
The store is very clean and has great service.
You cant go wrong going to this Dunkin Donuts

Five stars for a clean, well-​lit DD with extremely friendly staff!
Sure, I may prefer Starbucks coffee, but I had a $ 25 Dunkin’ Donuts gift card to burn! Fueling my early morning drive up to Vermont for some skiing, I grabbed some egg sandwiches and coffees for a friend and myself. Added points for this Syosset location being 24 hours, giving nearby Food Express some serious 2−6am competition!

Good Dunkin. Very nice owner and employees. They are quick, friendly and always get my order right.

When I’m in the area, I usually come here before I visit my boyfriend at his office. Each time, the beverages have been good. I’ve never encountered any burnt or watered down coffee. There is also a seating area where I can wait for my boyfriend to get off work. It’s pretty clean, which I appreciate.

Newest Dunkin Donuts in Syosset. I had a wheat bagel toasted and buttered and it was surprisingly good!
Located somewhat near the hospital it will pull a lot of business that the other restaurants previously in the same spot could not.
