AT&T – Small World Wireless

This place is a RIPOFF and a bunch of SCAMMERS, BEWARE!!!
I went here with my 2 daughters to upgrade our iphone 4S’s. We had a fast talking salesman, named Randy who was beyond irritating, and he added a variety of items to our lines without our approval that I found out about and removed when I went online… When he brought out the three iphone 5S’s, I noted to him that one was open already and for the $$ I was paying I wanted a non-​opened package. He convinced me that it is normal, it may have been opened to show someone the color, nothing more. He stated it was the last of the colors… How convenient as he knew that was the color my daughter wanted… Well we brought it home and out of the 3 phones we purchased, it was the only one that did not work right, you could not text anyone who did not have an iphone. Due to our vacation I waited until we returned, 15 days later and they refused to help us. Stated they never sell opened boxes and so forth and go to the Apple and deal with it! Horrible customer service and clearly scamming, it was probably a return that they prepackaged again to get rid of. Further, when we left that day, Randy did not give us a receipt, told us we could pull it up on line! He also stated we would be getting a survey on our phones for all of us to give him a «10», as anything less including a 9 would hurt him, so if we did not give a 10 then not to bother with the survey! Place is run by a bunch of underhanded a**holes. (One further thing they do not have the machine like the other stores that can download your contacts/stuff…go to Rockingham, much better service and not out to scam customers!)

Always helpful! A local store connected to a big company. So they have the wonderful feel and integrity of a small business with the perks of being well connected to the larger AT&T. I’ve been going since I got my first phone at 14 with my parents. I’m 22 now and purchase my own phones, I will continue with them long into the future! Thank you!

Thanks for NOT replacing the car charger after 2 weeks of purchase because it stopped working. And… Kudos for the rip off costs of $ 29.99 for the charger.

They have always been pretty rad here, especially the lady who is a manager, but I forget her name. They always give a good hook up when it’s time for an upgrade and although their cases and things are expensive (compared to amazon and the like) I still get them here and I know they’ll be guaranteed. They have given me pretty good advice before in regards to phone workings and what happens when I need a cheap replacement without needing to sign up for another 2 years. I always go here and although ATT isn’t perhaps the best carrier, they are in this area, which keeps me a returning and happy customer. Also, 15% off for state workers when you bring proof of that into this store. Not too shabby!
