Do not bother with this place. I was a previous customer who purchased a lot of product from them back in 2010. I called them based on that experience. I don’t know what has happened to them now. Customer sevice is beyond terrible and extremely unresponsive. In addition, they expect 100% payment weeks in advance of installation. This and their horrible customer service prompted me to look elsewhere. Come to find out they were overpriced too in comparison with other local businesses. I’ve taken my business elsewhere. Do your homework before getting involved with this place.

Just had carpet installed yesterday from Ed’s Flooring. Great price, high quality carpet and padding, super nice staff, Jill was great helping us find exactly what we needed. Adam installed our carpet, he was fantastic, neat and clean, and it looks amazing. He’s also a local guy who lives and works in our area, love that. Great experience from start to finish!
