This place is a Pub and Grill. It says it in the name, so you should expect a Pub and Grill atmosphere. If that’s what you like, this place delivers, along with endless pool tables and many huge tv’s that cover the walls. If that’s not what you like, you really shouldn’t enter a place that spells out Pub and Grill in the name. On the grill front, there exists on the menu The Gronk Spike, an absolute coronary artery disease of a meal, which is to say it is awesome. A cheeseburger cooked to your liking sandwiched between two grilled cheese sandwiches and a side of onion rings. What could go wrong? A lot, if this were done with low quality ingredients. Instead, this sandwich is a touchdown of Gronk proportions. Oh and the buffalo wings were outstanding. Add to that our server, Mase (sp?), truly attended to our every need and was good for a couple laughs. My brother lives down the street and we will surely be back to sample some more of the menu and play pool.

Fantastic venue for pool, cool people, good bands. I have a biased opinion in that i play in bands, one that played there… We were treated VERY professionally! Prices are very reasonable, food is great, place is clean and comfortable… What more could you ask of a ‘pub style’ atmosphere… Oh i know… Good entertainment! Check… Got it;-)

I visited this place once before they had their fire and once afterwards. My initial reaction when walking in that afternoon was: I’m not eating here. It was smelly and dirty. We sat at the bar and waited almost 10 minutes, again almost 10 minutes, before the bartender asked what we wanted. I put my first drink down pretty fast and had to wait another 5 until being offered another. We asked for the check and left. My second visit was in the early evening. The place looked better inside. We sat down and still had to wait, but not as long as the first time. Drinks came and we were good. As we were talking some skirmish developed over some guy who thought someone was staring at him or something. Well, that escalated into a verbal confrontation and before you knew it one of the guys was waving a pistol around. We probably won’t be back.

Went over a week ago and place is closed up! Says closed for renovation but nothing on website says anything about it! Very disappointed to drive up n not open! At least they could do was put up info on website too!

FREE POOL! Gotta love that! A great place to go for a fun time, cheap drinks, and bar food. There were a couple of vegetarian options on the menu which was pretty cool!

They added delivery which is awesome if you work in town (like me). Food is good and delivery is always right and hot (which is rare around here). They still have a few bugs to work out for lunch but I hope they get it together, everyone at my work loves it there. Homemade chips are the best!

Also, This is the former Corner Pocket. Same location, most of the same people. Updated the rug and added some new furniture and game. I like trivia night and meat raffle. They are 2 new and decent additions.
Same ol’ townie bar, it’d be nice to see some new faces in here.
