A+ Motor Bay

Service is A+ price is A+ people is A+. We like to have our car taking care in A+.
This time we need to change four tries, and they asked us to compare price first, because they want to have better deal for their customer. I don’t think you can find the honest and reasonable auto shop in this area.

The phone number listed doesn’t work. I Googled, and after several tries finally got through & spoke with ACS at 972−578−6679.
Tucked away from the main streets (it’s on Millard Dr by 14^th Street), these mechanics has always been honest with the current condition of my car.
Oil change is relatively cheap. I didn’t take note, but all prices are including taxes. Beats the prices of major places like NTB, Firestone, etc.
Not going to lie, the waiting area is not fancy. No teevee or free coffee. At least you know part of your money is used to pay for the coffee and magazines.
I recently upgraded from a ’97 Camry to a ’12 Corolla. I bought it used at 36 700 miles. I was not aware of the 30 60 90 k miles guidelines of transmission fluid change advised, and of course, it wasn’t done when the I got the car. Here, I got my transmission fluid changed, a/​c and air filter changed for good price. Happy! Would most definitely head over here for my regular oil change.
Last but not least, they have older nice looking Civics, Corolla & Camry for sale. Kind of made me wish I didn’t rush into that auto loan.
Give them a shot! (I know mechanics can be such a pain)

Horrible experience, I bought an used part (windshield wiper) for them to replace, their mechanics lied to me saying the parts I bought does not fit my car and refused to install the parts AFTER they already charged me in full. I went back home and spent few hours on YouTube and installed the parts myself.
They refused to refund me the money and I had to get my money back via credit card company. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.

Excellent customer service. Reasonable price and honest. (Thanks Elaine) Could not have said it better myself. I have had both auto and body done at the shop and they take care of you in both ways. This is a one-​stop shop and they speak both Cantonese and Mandarin as well as English so if you need help in that area, they got you covered.

Excellent customer service. Reasonable price and honest. This is the only place i come get my car serviced. Before every place I have been to would either suggest all these extra unnecessary things to be done to my car or charge me some ridiculous amount for their service or use sub par parts on my car. A plus motor bay will ask you first off if you want manufacturers parts to replace brakes and such or if you want to save a little, they will bet upfront and give you price difference. Every person I have recommended to here has been pleased. Highly recommend them!
