Baba’s Kabab House

We had the chicken kabobs with rice and veggies. The chicken was cooked well but a little bland in the flavor dept. The rice and veggies were good but thats about it

Chicken kabab wrap was delicious — the yogurt sauce blended very well with the spices on the tender chicken. Lamb palov was very good — lamb was very tender and moist, rice and carrots cooked perfectly. I do prefer a little more garlic in my palov. Look forward to trying more kabab options, and hope they feature more Uzbek dishes on the menu.

Been here two times already. Food was excellent! Highly recommend the kofta kabab, chicken kabab, and uzbeki rice. Everything was very flavorful! Make sure you ask for white sauce! The food took a long time to come both times, so be prepared for a wait. Also lost a star because the bread they give is pita style, not fresh.

This is, for the most part, a good review. I ordered a meal to go last night, I had the lamb with rice and vegetables, which was very good, excellent in fact. I also had an order of hummus which was also quite good. My only problem was the bread, which for this type of cuisine can be a big problem.
First, no bread was included its purchased as a separate item which was odd. I purchased what I thought was going to be an order of bread and it ended up being one piece of pita, possibly store bought and wrapped in plastic. On an order of this size I would’ve expected at least a couple of pieces of bread included and an additional Side order of bread should have been at least two or three pieces.
All in all I think this restaurant is off to a good start but the bread is a weak link.

I ordered skewers of lamb and chicken kabobs and naan. Initially the presentation was bland cubes of meat on a side dish. And I don’t think the kabobs were grilled, tasted sautéed in pan. The flavor was there but no char. The naan was stale, cold.
The waiter was attentive, and the owner (i think) delivered the food to the table. A nice touch.

So happy this little place opened close to where I work, some of the best kabobs I’ve had period and coming from a Moroccan family that says a lot! The owner is also very kind and will call you when your Togo order is ready if your doing pick up, will definitely keep coming back! Also try the salad it’s yummy :)

We ordered here on a Sunday night to go and the food was delicious. Because it was pretty slow, we got to talk to the owner/​chef Saif who is very passionate about food. He’s apparently travelled around the Middle East and takes it very serious. And it shows. The chicken and lamb was very juicy. The rice and hummus was ok, but the meat definitely more than make up for it.

This is a new restaurant with some nice tvs. I ordered the lamb and chicken over rice with vegetables. It was a good sized portion for the price. The seasoning of the chicken really made the difference for me over other kabobs I’ve had. I will definitely be a returning customer. You need to give this place a try, you wont forget it.

Overall a very good restaurant, the lamb kabob is amazing and very tender. It’s very quite, maybe the owner could have some classical music or Uzbek music playing in the background so it is not too silent. The owner is very personable and kind! It’s a new restaurant and fairly hidden but I’m sure with advertising, this restaurant will do very well! We will definitely be back!

I’m from Uzbekistan and can say that lamb kabobs and lamb palov are fantastic. Palov is different from what I’m used to but is still good.

Tucked away in the corner of a shopping center is this amazing restaurant. They have mouth watering kababs, delicious Uzbek palaw (rice with carrots and meat), amazing white sauce, and many other offerings. So happy I found my new fave place!

We were looking for a great tasting kabab restaurant and we found it! The restaurant is a little hard to find; in the Burlington Coat Factory shopping strip off of Parker in the back. My husband tried the lamb and he loved it, he said it was very tasty and juicy. My kids and I had the chicken kababs and we all loved it as well. The owner recommended an Uzbek rice dish that was amazing. It was not spicy but tasted excellent. The service was great and the prices were very low for the quality of food we got. We will definitely be back. Highly recommended!
