We had a great experience with Chris. We went in looking for a specific mattress it would have been pretty easy for him to have found the mattress and taken our money but instead he asked questions, educated us on the differences in the products and helped us find exactly what we were looking for. I highly recommend this as a place to shop.

Had a minor problem with the slats but these guys were quick to fix the issue! Love the new Bed! Thanks Chris!

Best mattress store ever! Was in the market for a new mattress and had gone to a couple of other places including Mattress Firm who gave me a price over $ 1200 for just a full size mattress alone (no box springs included), then when I said I had to think about it, said he could give me 10% off that price IF I bought before leaving the store. When I still said no, he said he would let me «have» the mattress for a $ 1000 out the door if I came back before store closing that night … which means he was about to jip me out of over $ 200 at the get go. Not exactly something that instills confidence, right? BUT at the Mattress Clearance Center, not only did I get a much better deal on a much better mattress at a much better price — with NO haggling involved — I got a couple of very nice free items that I wasn’t even expecting! And he sells name brand mattresses, not wanna-​be cheap knock-​offs. Check it out folks, you will NOT be disappointed!

Worst experience ever!!! Don’t ever deal with this store or its owner, Christopher. The owner is a con artist. He lies, uses very vulgar language, and even called me filthy names. He ripped me off and when I addressed the situation with him, he reacted in the most unprofessional manner. He actually called me dirty names because I called him out on his dishonest business practices. How he is still in business, I truly do not know. Whatever you do, avoid dealing with him and this store at all costs!
He should not be allowed to conduct business and to rip anyone else off again.

OWNER IS A TOTAL CON ARTIST — BUYER BEWARE!!!
Chris, the owner, performed a classic bait and switch scam on me and refuses to render the product he told me I was purchasing.
I went to this store on Black Friday 2015 with the intent to purchase a mattress for my son, pay for it in full, and take it home immediately.
I told the owner, Chris, I wanted a full size pillow top mattress and would like to stay in the price range of around $ 250.00 and that I wanted to take it home with me as I brought a truck for transport. He strongly urged me to lay on a mattress, stating it was a memory foam mattress and he could give me a great deal since it was Black Friday and it would be within my price range. I did lay on the mattress and liked it, I told him I wanted that specific mattress, and he told me that he didn’t have any more of that specific mattress in the store but would order one from him warehouse for me to pick up the following Monday. I agreed to this and paid him for the mattress and a box spring.
My brother actually picked up the mattress for me the following Monday and brought it to my house. I immediately noticed it was much thinner than what I had laid on. I set up the mattress and realized it was a completely different mattress from what I had purchased. I called Chris right away and explained what happened suspecting there was a mix up from the warehouse or something and fully expected Chris to take care of the situation and render the mattress I purchased.
But instead, he responded claiming that he told me at the time of purchase that what I was actually purchasing in store was the lower grade model from what I laid on and then told me the mattress I thought I was purchasing was twice the price from what he actually sold me. He claims he was careful to ensure I understood this at the time of purchase. Chris’ claim is completely false. I expressed this to him and then he started stumbling with his words pointing out that if I’m right and there was miscommunication during purchase, the point is that he charged me for what he gave me. I stated that might be but expressed my feelings of this being a very wrong and dishonest business practice to which he began yelling at me and berating me. I told him I would not take that behavior from him and hung up.
After informing my brother of this, he called and spoke with Chris and Chris’ story changed further when he stated he showed me a small display with pieces of the mattress he was actually selling me at the time of purchase and that they have a strict no returns policy which he claims to have thoroughly outlined with me and had printed all over the payment receipt. This is completely false. He NEVER informed me that I was purchasing a mattress different from what I had specifically selected on the showroom floor and he never went over any sort of return policy with me and my payment receipt states nothing about a return policy whatsoever. I have the receipt and pictures of the receipt.
Chris performed a classic bait and switch scam on me. This guy obviously cons a lot of people with this trick, I can just tell this isn’t the first time he’s done it. I have been contacting him, giving him the opportunity to make right on this sale and render the mattress he told me I was purchasing but he refuses.

We are new to Texas and needed new bedroom furniture for our daughter. My husband found this place… Great prices, great service. Chris the owner is awesome to work with.
