Ordered to go two times now and both times I’m sitting in the waiting area 10+ minutes after the quoted pick up time. While waiting I saw a waitress grab a kids plate burger with her bare hands to separate it on the plate after walking out a tray to the restaurant. Definitely didn’t wash her hands before touching the burger, and as a former waitress I know the bottom of those trays aren’t sanitary.

If I could give it no stars I would. This location always manages to create the longest wait when I come here and not to mention always mess up. I just went with my family tonight(not being my choice) but decided to get a soup and a simple chicken bowl. The soup was fine. The bowl was cold and contained complete vain filled chicken so I sent it back. I had lost a appetite just from the look of it. The only thing the manager offered was maybe more soup(which he still charged me for) Slow and horrible customer service. Will not return and don’t recommend this location to anyone

Jack was the best waiter you can wish for! He kept our drinks full and our food came out hot. Ask for him if you go.

I had the skillet queso and the chicken crisper dinner. It was all horrible except the corn on the cob. The taste was just off on everything. Never again. Our waitress was nice so that was a positive.

My most recent trip, I got a combo with steak & salmon. I guess they just can’t quite get the steak right, or perhaps the cut of meat isn’t very good(or possibly frozen, tough to say…), because I ordered my steak medium, and it came medium well, close to well done. But the salmon was great, skillet mashed potatoes were awesome as usual, and even the steamed broccoli were great. Chilis also seems to have the best chips and salsa around, better than almost every mexican place I’ve been to. Salsa has a great flavor with just the right heat and a little citrus flavor. Chips are thin and crispy, delicious Another note, I always hate asking for«one more minute» to decide on the menu, because after just 2 times saying that, the waiter doesn’t come back for 10 or 15 minutes. Can’t really blame him though… So steak is still a challenge, so still 4 stars. Good otherwise :)

I always get ToGo from this location, as they are very close to my office. They are usually pretty slow at greeting me once I’ve walked into the togo area, but 98% of the time the order is right and ready on time.

Had the rudest Waiter, believe his name was Mike. Friend ordered a burger with no onion, he must have forgot. She gets the burger with onion and says oh theres onion, he says«oh you didn’t want onion.» grabs the plate goes to the kitchen 10 feet away and drops it on the table and begins yelling to a cook«this girl didn’t want onion, but she didn’t say that, she has no idea what she’s doing!» Total Jackass. Ruined my experience, definitely won’t be back to this location, maybe not another, after all chili’s never really satisfies at any location anymore. I can handle mediocre food, but rude staff to top it off gives this a one star. What a joke.

I’ve been to this Chilis location several times both for dine in and take out. If you’re dining in, more often than not, be prepared to wait awhile for an employee to acknowledge your existence. I usually come towards the back end of lunch time so the place being busy is never the issue. I can stand there for 10 minutes, with servers glancing at me, before anyone comes to seat me. It has always been annoying but my last visit was ridiculous. Not only did the usual seating wait occur. Oh no. We were sat only to sit there for 20 minutes with nothing but servers walking past us. I’m usually forgiving to places like Chilis since it’s not exactly a five star experience but waiting 30+ minutes just to get up and leave isn’t acceptable. The only reason this isn’t one star is because it has never been this terrible. I’m likely going to skip this location in the future.

Oh chilis, how you’ve failed me. I remembered this last time why I hate sitting anywhere other than the bar. Service is HORRIBLE in the dining area. Not to mention food presentation is sloppy. It looked like someone was playing a game of toss with my fajita meat to see who could get it on the skillet. The beef was over cooked and chewy. The chicken had a film over it and I refused to even touch it. When I presented the skillet(untouched except the one piece of meat) to the manager and then showed him the picture I posted to Unilocal a few weeks ago of the same dish he looked at me like«what’s the problem?» I pointed out the lack of meat and the fact that it was thrown on the plate. Not to mention the one piece I tried was way over cooked. His only response was«do you want me to remove it from your check or what?» Such nice customer service. I would have expected a more talkative response or at least an excuse for why it was thrown on the plate. That mess aside, our waitress was nice. Ridiculously slow and not the best memory(she kept forgetting items) but very nice. I will NEVER sit in the dining area again. I’ll stick with the bar where I know I’ll get good service from the bartender Larry. At least he talks and makes things humorous if something goes wrong.

Normally I’m not a fan of chilies menu anymore but let me just say… the pork tacos are legit!!! I was pleasantly surprised to find something off their new menu I like. I ordered To Go via their mobile app. It was super easy and when I got there the staff had my food hot and ready and were very friendly! This place is close to work and I’ll def be a repeat customer.

What? No more of the signature cheese sticks that We’ve come to know and love? !? The wife and I wanted good drink service so we sat in the bar area. Well, no dice 12 to 15 minutes for a martini and a Presidente Margarita. Appetizers got here before the drinks. Not the waiter’s fault; he apologized for the long wait and explained they are training a new guy. I told him to tell his manager that I sat in the bar because I wanted quick drink service! No manager comes by. Additionally, the Presidente Margarita was garnished with lemon and tasted very lemony. .WTF did they run out of limes? I will not be darkening the doors here anymore!

First off, I want to say that I go to Chilies anywhere from 5 – 15 times a year. If I want a good experience I usually go to the Frisco location but this is about 5 min away from my home and work, definitely more convenient. I always have trouble at this location. I order the ribeye steak a lot, especially to go. Most of the time they cook it to the incorrect temperature(I like it medium rare). I have called in and they will usually give me credit for a next time as an apology. I have never posted anything because I know Chilies is a chain and it wont do much but I was pushed to the limit. I’ve had TWOHORRIBLE experiences here. 1. Came here with my co worker and her 2 kids. Since this was a while back I won’t get too much into detail. Long story short. My steak was cooked wrong. Took a to go for steak my roommate and it was cooked incorrectly as well. The waitress barely came to check on us. My co worker didn’t get to eat any of her food because the kids were getting jittery because the waitress didn’t et us any refills or asked if we needed anything else. I had to sit and wait to pay while I told her just to leave because I felt bad. I called when I got home and complained to the manager. He refunded both my order and hers after I screamed at him over the phone at how ridiculously bad the service and food was. 2. This happened last Wednesday 04/22/2015. I went to get my first tattoo and I wanted to celebrate with my best friend.(One night you’ll always remember and you’ll tell your friends/family/kids). We got there around 9 I’m guessing. We waited 15 min before anyone even asked what drinks we wanted. We went ahead ordered water and our appetizer along with our meals. We both ordered steak. 45 min later we get our food. During those 45 min no one came to refill our drinks or chips and salsa. Once we got our food, we didn’t even get all of it. My steak which was suppose to be cooked to a medium rare was at a medium and I was missing one of my sides. My friends steak was suppose to be well done but was cooked to a medium/medium rare. She was also missing her side of shrimp. We told the waiter, he grabbed her steak(and not mine) and left. about 20 min later we didn’t see him. The place wasn’t even busy. There was maybe 7 tables if not less with people. We were starving and it was over an hour and late. We were exhausted and annoyed. We were sitting not far from the kitchen/to go area so I walked up there to see if I could get our waiter. Waited about 5 min when I saw another waitress come up to my friend, so I walked back told her what was wrong and I was leaving. She apologized and we left. Ended up wasting my money on subway and eating late at home. Not what I wanted. BADNIGHT. WILLNEVERSPENDMYMONEYHEREAGAIN.

What was once a cozy and fun restaurant now reminds me of a combination McDonald’s and television station. Video screens everywhere, highly annoying and distracting. The Ziosk screen drives customers AWAY. I have screens at work, screens at home, much prefer a restaurant without massive amounts of video. Extremely unpleasant experience. Get rid of all the video(video OK in the Bar only), concentrate on good food and service. Why try to copy everyone else?

This chili’s is awful. Not only are we stuck in a corner behind a wall where even if we wanted to flag down a waitress, we aren’t able to. The waters are empty, just like the chip basket, and our waitress’s effort tank.

We came during dinner hour so it did take sometime to get our seats, we didn’t mind we weren’t in a rush. We were seated 20 minutes later and ordered drinks, we received them again almost 20 minutes later. Our margaritas were like drinking sour lemonade. It was awful. We then ordered 2 blue moons. They were great! We decided to get our food to go. The girl told us what was inside when we received our food. Sounded good! We arrived home to find that I was missing a whole part of my meal. I ordered the fajitas and i didn’t get any rice or any beans. I also was only given 2 tortillas. I am really disappointed and will not be returning.

Poor and slow service. The host mumbles and is difficult to understand. There is a big menu. I got the house salad and was disappointed when I received a plate with approximately 5 leafs of iceberg lettuce. The cheese dip is an appalling light brown color. The chips are greasy and chewy. There are much better places to go out to eat rather than here.

The Platinum Presidente Margarita, Seared Shrimp Cajun Pasta, and Skillet Chocolate Chip Cookie for desert are to die for. I didn’t really care for the Skillet Smoked Potato Wedges for a side… they just didn’t taste as good as what I thought they would… they were a tad bitter tasting for my liking. I also liked the Ziosk Tablet on all the Chili’s tables that you can use to order food and drinks to the kitchen, play games, read news, and pay your bill at the table. This is a great device… We paid our bill + tip on the Ziosk device and it felt kinda awkward walking out of the restaurant without signing any paperwork with the waiter. My wife and I wondered aloud how the staff would even know if someone paid or just walked out after a free meal using that device… The four stars vs five stars was because it took a while for the guy serving our table to bring our orders and check on us… the place wasn’t even that packed so I’m not sure what he was doing half the time.

If I could give no stars I would. Service was horrible. From the moment we walked in we were overlooked, then when our waiter decides to show up, he doesn’t take the order right and has as much enthusiasm for his job as a disgruntled postal worker. Some people just aren’t meant to be a waiter. Usually I try to give people the benefit of the doubt but this location needs a major overhaul because the service is awful and the food took way too long to get to the table and on top of that it wasn’t correct. Like chili’s but I won’t be back to this location again smh.

Eh, it’s ok. Not very consistent. Sometimes good service, sometimes not. Don’t bother with fajitas… about $ 14 with no beans or rice. Meat, possibly either slightly caramelized or utterly burned onions and peppers and a small supply of lettuce, cheese, pico and sour cream. Not worth the price at all. But, the lighter choices with mango or margarita grilled chicken/fish are pretty good with decent portions. And, the fire-grilled guac and bacon ranch chicken quesadillas are tasty. The strawberry lemon-aid is also good. Their current special with an appetizer and two full-size entrees for $ 20 is excellent imo, particularly if you get it to go and do not have to pay a tip. I just make sure I carefully check the food before I leave(as I have received luke warm food that was likely sitting for a bit although I clearly asked on the to go order that it not be ready until a certain time so I could get there and food be hot) and ask for certain items to be separately contained so not soggy by time I get home. Ok enough that I will likely return while they have the special.

My theory is that Chili’s, Applebee’s and quite possibly TGIFriday’s and Ruby Tuesday are all the same restaurant. I already lump the first two into Chilapplebees.(Thinking of switching to Chilibees).it’s the same… two for one drinks, chips, slow service. Food is average, not awful but not amazing. I tend to stick to salads which are good but tend to be all light lettuces. Just average.
