History

Established in 1985.

WestPark Dental Associates was established in 1985, by Dr. J. David Sandridge and Dr. William Nicholson in Plano, Texas.

In the year 2000, Dr. Deborah J. Thomas joined the WestPark Dental Associates team and eventually took over Dr. Nicholson’s practice when he retired in 2011.

WestPark Dental Associates is well known in the North Texas Area, for providing cutting edge dental healthcare technology, with utmost professionalism, in a warm and friendly environment.

WestPark Dental Associates is proud to be a privately owned, community based entity and not affiliated with any nationally owned or managed dental corporation.

Meet the Business Owner

Deborah J. Thomas, D.D.S.

Business Owner

Dr. Thomas is a native of Fort Washington, MD. In search of warmer weather and southern hospitality, she moved to Texas about twenty five years ago to attend Texas A&M University.

After deciding to make Texas her permanent home, Dr. Thomas moved to Dallas to attend Baylor College of Dentistry. Upon graduation, Dr. Thomas joined the WestPark team of dentists in 2000.

In addition to caring for the patients in her practice, at WestPark Dental, Dr. Thomas also makes «house calls» to a local senior living facility in Plano to assist the residents with their dental needs if they are not able to drive to the office.

In Dr. Thomas’ free time, she enjoys watching and cheering for her kids soccer, volleyball and basketball teams, as well as bike riding, swimming and hanging out with their Chocolate Lab, Audrey and Belgian Malinois puppy, Gizmo. Dr. Thomas and her husband, Doug, live in Allen and have two children: Abigail and Logan.
