Honest. Honesty is the key factor in a repair shop. They’ve had multiple opportunities to overcharge me or sell me things I don’t need, but they’re consistently (1) honest and (2) affordable.
They’re first-come, first-serve each morning (so if you call or try dropping off later they’ll warn you they may not get to it that day – which explains their only negative review here), but they’re great at estimating how long a repair will take, when parts will come, and so on.
I began going to them based upon a mechanic’s recommendation, and I will continue doing so.
