Arguably one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. Took my son there to by soccer shoes. They wouldn’t measure his feet just told me to look in his current shoes. Then when I asked for recommendations they just pointed to the wall with kids shoes. I’m surprised he didn’t ask me to go in the back and get the shoes myself.
We needed cleats, shin guards, and shorts. No one seemed to be willing to help us with anything despite the fact we were the only customers in the store. All 4 employees were too busy playing on their phones. I do my best to support local businesses but I won’t be back. The internet just earned my business on this one.

What a rude and obnoxious group of individuals. Lied to me about availability of putting numbers on jerseys. Lied to me about service offered. Then after I drove 20 min were completely rude and incapable of figuring out how to do at they promised. Memo to sports geniuses running this place, sports leagues use these things called schedules. Typically sports leagues for the fall start the week of or after Labor Day. It’s called a calendar, circle it in red and don’t cop an attitude b/​c you can’t use one. You know, September comes the same time every year.

They have a great selection of jerseys, cleats & team gear. I always go into the store to try on any items rather than use their online ordering system. Please be aware of the online ordering that can take very long. The store has an outlet with jerseys and cleats way under original price. Soccer like any sport has players who change cleats like drawers and you can grab great cleats way under price.

this is a neat store, but we won’t be ordering team uniforms here again. Our order was 4 weeks late and delivered wrong multiple times. it was also a constant nightmare trying to call these guys. I always had to come in to check on the status cause I could never talk to someone on the phone. I even waited an hour one time. They also push addidas uniforms way too much, and even though they «should» know how the different brands shirt sizes run. they don’t.

Adult staff is rude and unhelpful, borderline arrogant, the young staffers are nice but don’t seem to have much authority. Seems to only be interested in serving club and select teams. Lots to choose from at ok prices, but has the arrogance of a monopoly. Will go to a closer, more helpful competitor. Soccer is popular enough in DFW where several folks should compete against Soccer Corner, they would make money just by having better service.
