Ultimate Pilates

I thought I would kick my reformer pilates routine up a notch for a challenge, so when i read up on what megaformer is, i thought i would give it a try.
Man, didn’t I come to the right place. First time doing the megaformer, UP def. kicked my butt! Now I am hooked. Sadly I don’t live in the Dallas area, otherwise, I would keep coming back to their class.

I absolutely LOVE this place! I have tried many different Pilates places and this is by far the best! I get a full body workout every time and can definetly see results after just a few classes.

I tried out various instructors here and loved each and everyone of them. They have different techniques and workout each tyme I attend so it is never boring and find it routine and predictable. I absolutely love this workout because you are actually working out your entire body: Cardio and Core strength.

I am an injured athlete with a wedding only 6 months away and have been eager to find a challenging workout that my foot can handle and i think I have finally found it!
For any newbies you MUST go to Leah M! She is so welcoming, sweet, funny, and her workouts are intense, but she is more than willing to help you adapt! My fiancée went with me and we had a blast and a great workout!

Absolutely love Ultimate Pilates! I’m pretty fit, but this definitely targets the muscles that I usually don’t workout while lifting at my gym.

I am an athlete, and I will tell you this is by far one of the best workouts I have ever done. I’ve tried every exercise out there that you can imagine but I absolutely loved these machines. I find them much more advanced and much better than the older reformer machines. The instructors are great and they actually give corrections making sure that you are using the right form. I like that they push you to not give up. The studio is nice and clean and is easy to find. You do sweat and burn calories, but I also did my own cardio in addition to the Pilates classes. Two weeks of alternating cardio and ultimate Pilates and I was already starting to see definition in my abs! I also think that it’s accommodating to people of all fitness levels and ages. I had an injury and it was easy to modify certain exercises around my injury. I also want to mention that I came in on a Groupon pass. The girls were fantastic about it and after my trial was over I purchased a package to continue training. I really appreciated how positive they were when I was using the initial Groupon. I will definitely be back as often as I can!

Ultimate Pilates is the absolute best workout! This is a great studio for anyone looking to get fit!
The studio uses Lagree Fitness equipment known as the Megaformer. The Megaformer can be described as Pilates on steroids because it combines full body strength plus cardio.
But, don’t let that intimidate you! The classes are small, intimate, and the instructors are knowledgeable and nice. You do not feel «out of your league» here and the workout is amazing! I have never felt better! Be careful ~ it’s addicting! :)

This place & workout rocks! I started in January & the megaformer workout has really gotten me out of my workout slump! The instructors are great & really know how to mix it up, so no two workouts are alike!

I love this place. It’s a tough workout but the instructors are really nice and you feel great afterwards. The machines are in great condition and very clean. Every time I’ve been here, it’s not packed, so you won’t feel intimidated if you’re a beginner.

This is a great studio, machines are new, the place is convenient and super clean, and the instructors are very helpful. For people not familiar with Pilates I would definitely check it out but just don’t push yourself too hard in the first few classes. Check Unilocal since they usually have some promotions going. Overall great value.

first off… my hats off to anyone that does the ultimate pilates and they are not crawling out the door afterwards lol
i came here with my co-​worker/​friend because she has been coming here and really enjoys it. the instructor (tonya) was very friendly & helpful & i really appreciated that!
you have to have dayum good upper body strength to pull off some of these exercises… otherwise you will do like i did… yes my Unilocal family… i fell in between the machine lmao!!! i felt my arms giving out & i didn’t try to resist it… it was easier for me to fall to the ground… dust myself off & get back on!!! lol
i literally learned at the end of the class that the (blue band– a tighter resistance band) would have been better for me to do & i would have felt a little more comfortable doing it. this class most definitely works every bone, muscle, tissue… everything in your body! it’s a great workout and if you’re not used to it… you definitely feel it afterwards lol
i’ll be honestly i skipped a few of the exercises because i just for the life of me couldn’t get the hang of it! lol
i’m going to stick to my gym time… build up my strength… and go back and tackle pilates like i’m a teenager again!
if you’re in the area and love pilates or have never tried it… i recommend it!

Amazing workout, great instructors, clean environment! I’m obsessed with this workout and it’s transforming my body after only 5 sessions. This technique works muscles that I’ve probably never worked before and I certainly didn’t know existed. Be prepared for extreme soreness after 1^st and 2^nd time. Bought the groupon and am sticking around for another month. Just not sure I’ll be able to afford it after one month :(

I have only been to one pilates class before coming to ultimate pilates and it was a mat class. Ultimate pilates only uses the reformer (the crazy looking machine… not exactly sure what they call it here). I was lucky enough to find a deal on groupon. 5 classes for $ 49. What I really like about the studio is they offer many classes all throughout the day and they are all the same level. I am already addicted. It gives you a full body workout! And i love being sore! The only down fall, like all other pilates studios I’ve come across, is the price. $ 30 for a drop in class or $ 150 for 3 month auto pay. Maybe I can manage to make it a couple of times a month after i finish my groupon.

I love this place! It’s an awesome workout that leaves you energized and excited for the next class. Be ready to feel the burn though because it works everything! The instructors are all friendly and knowledgable and make the class fly by. I highly recommend everyone give this a try. You’ll be addicted before you know it!
