William A Calley, M.D.

Dr. Calley is a kind and empathetic doctor who has the rare ability to truly listen. He doesn’t become offended or upset if you ask a lot of questions or tell him you read something on the internet because you’re trying to educate yourself about your health. He is a gift to the medical community and what every doctor should aspire to be.
The office is well run, and they return calls promptly. Also, if you are a regular patient, they do keep spaces open throughout the week in case you have an emergency and need to come in the same day or as soon as possible versus I have friends whose regular doctors will schedule them two weeks out even if they are in a dire situation.

Best doctor ever. Have been a patient for over 10 years. Dr. Calley has always been super nice super knowledgeable and accommodating.

I recently became a patient of Dr Calley (the younger one), but the older Dr. Calley has been just as helpful…
I managed to have some urgent issues twice in the same week.
With Jr’s advice and help, I’ve been able to control and determine what an ongoing problem was.
Sr really helped a lot during a time when the ER was playing dumb and not helping me in a dire situation (had fallen and busted eye on ice).
Thanks again guys! Hopefully I can stay healthy and no more trips to doc!

I will never go to this doctors office again. Most of the office staff is very unfriendly at best, at worst, they simply don’t care. It started from my first appoint., when I arrived and went to the front desk and said «hi!!“with a smile and was told coldly to «sign in please» and not even greeted, to the time I was in UTI pain and was told I could come by to get a sample to try, and I told them I could come that day (it was a Friday, so come that day or be in pain all weekend) and would come on my lunch break. When I arrived at 12:10, they were closed. The sign said they would return at 1:00. Why didn’t they tell me they would be closed when I specifically told them I would come by on my lunch break? I had to call my 1:00 appointment (I am a hairdresser) and reschedule her, and then wait for 45 minutes till they returned. When they did return, and I told them I wished they had told me when I said I was driving 30 minutes across town that they were closed between 12 – 1, I was told, rudely, that «we take lunch everyday. Don’t you??» I said this wasn’t my point, I just wished they had TOLD me so I could have come at a later time, I was told «it’s on our door, you should have seen it». No apologies for the confusion, no «oh no, we’re so sorry!!» NOTHING. I could go on and on. Dr. Calley placed me on a medication for my UTI that decreases your ability to sweat, after I had had many, many conversations with him about my extreme gym and workout habits. I took 6 – 8 spin classes over the next 14 days, turning bright purple and not sweating at all before I finally put the 2 together that it was the medication! Again, when I called them to say that Dr. Calley should have warned me of this side effect since he knew I worked out athletically, I was dismissed and just told to «well then, stop taking it.» I could easily have had a stroke! They recently made a mistake in the amount of refills for my hormones and when I called to have it straightned out, I was told I had to come back in for blood work. I got blood work less than a year ago, am VERY healthy, not borderline anything, and yet, the nurse insisted that «our policy is that you get blood work every 6 months» even though I had been going 4 years and had never been told that before, nor would I have agreed to it. Again, I was talked down to, treated very rudely and had had enough. I have left several messages over the last few years for Dr. Calley to call me back, as well as leaving a message yesterday, yet I have never heard from him. I called to talk to the office manager this morning to try again and get my prescription problem resolved and told her I would not be coming back to this office. Ever. I simply don’t trust them with my medical care, at all! This is the WORST medical experience I have EVER had. Shame on them!

Dr. Calley has been my physician for several years now, at least since his office was located off of the tollway. The reason I continue to come back to him is because he’s one of the only doctors I’ve used that doesn’t make you feel rushed or that he’s too busy for you. He shows genuine concern and interest for your questions/​issues.
I’ve referred some of my friends to Dr. Calley and they also have been pleased with him. He’s a good doctor and I hope to utilize his services for many years to come.
