Been thinking about this and needed to write a review to warn others about this office.
I was selling a newly remodeled house in Martinez that had been on the market for about 6 months. The house was nice but the neighbors were not and literally drove away customers at every open house. I finally get an offer, below my cost, and the Berkshire salesperson, Laura Matta, offered to lower her commission to get the deal done. Well, at close, Laura and the manager in their office reneged on her written offer.
I lose several thousand more dollars.
I ask you, is there no honor in business, especially from a business that has the Berkshire name on it?
