Express Men

Short Story:
A great place to shop for fitted business wear.
Long Story:
I came here on a Saturday afternoon in need of a suit and to do an exchange. The staff were friendly and knowledgeable. Though when I got to the register for the return and exchange, the employee was not friendly at all. She gave me a difficult time telling me how I needed to do exchanges online since I bought it there. In addition, her tone was very condensing and patronizing. Perhaps she had a bad day or felt that I was trying to make a exchange/​return that was not according to the company’s policy standards. Still, she could have told me in a better way.
Verdict:
I’ll go to another Express store.

There is friendly staff here and they keep the place neat and organized. We found what we needed and were done (including trying on some shirts) within 10 min.

Clothes are fine. The customer service here is worse than Wal-​Mart. The best of their worst was that everybody in their 20′ x 10′ shop asked us if we needed help within about 10 mins of each other. Whatever, I guess that’s customer service to them. Next, as my mother is looking at shirts, the guy with the hair made a face as if he was completely inconvenienced that he would have to walk around her to talk with his coworker about a tie. Good move doing that while I’m looking straight at you, at least be sneaky about it. To top it off, the cashier snatched my aunts Express card out of her hand in the most rude way possible. When she told her that she didn’t want to use any points, the lady said: «Well, you don’t have any.» There was one lady up front that was actually polite and helpful, but 1 out of 6 staff isn’t really great. Come on Express, we just spent $ 400 on 2 pairs of pants and 4 shirts that were on sale and felt like crap leaving your store. Next time I’ll go to Nordstroms.

One of the best Express Men stores out there. Great atmosphere and great selections with an awesome, friendly and helpful associates.
