Larry Westphal – State Farm Insurance Agent

Working with this caring team who go over and beyond the call of duty everytime I call them, encourages me to be apart of the State Farm Family. Everytime I call their customer service is spectacular, when they deal with me I feel that is with care. This is my first insurance company and I am staying with them… «Thank you Jake from State Farm».

I have had very poor customer service from this team. I randomly chose Larry from the State Farm website to get a home insurance policy. There was so much confusion over the replacement value we were trying to establish. After too much effort (e-​mails & calls), we got the correct amount quoted. However, we had State Farm for our cars in the South Bay. My husband provided the contact information of that agent and policy information and requested it be transferred. Yet, still got word from Tammy that they didn’t see policy. Let her know we did, and she kept insisting we must really have Farmer’s instead. Sent her the information again, finally got corrected. Then went to add earthquake insurance, and can’t get a hold of anyone to get our policy established. Tried calling the State Farm general number and they just said they would leave message for Larry. I’ll update if they actually get us our earthquake insurance.

My agent Tammy helped me as I moved from Philadelphia to California. She was patient with me as I transitioned in and once I was settled she was able to set me up quickly and add a new car to my policy. Very responsive and nice to finally have an agent that replies to emails directly!

Great Customer Service! Dealt with Larry as well as Tammy. Both extremely helpful. Will definitely stay with them for my insurance needs.
