Lawrence Mui – State Farm Insurance Agent

What’s to say? Nobody likes to deal with insurance issues, BUT if you have to… Nikki Yee and Lawrence Mui pretty much bend over backwards to make sure that you’re taken care of. They jump through hoops and smile the whole time.
I sometimes wreck a car or two just so I can call and talk to them. Okay — that’s not true, but they really are very nice and helpful.
I highly recommend them.

I recently had a couple (yeah, I know!) of claims involving my car, so I got a chance to finally see what this experience would be like with State Farm & Lawrence’s office.
I can honestly say that the whole experience was as smooth and as painless as it could have possibly been.
I was able to file my claim directly with his staff, who I’m comfortable and familiar with, and they were very kind and informative along the way. Once the claim was filed, I took my car directly to a body shop only 2 miles from my office for the repairs, where a rental car was already waiting for me that morning. I had told my boss that I would probably be late to work that morning because I had to deal with dropping my car off, and what I envisioned to be endless paperwork, questions, etc. In actuality, I only spent about 5 minutes inside the shop, and 5 minutes signing for the rental car. In the end, I actually made it to work early that day!
I love that State Farm allows this process to be coordinated in such a seamless way, so that the policyholder isn’t dealing with arrangements, paperwork, and the like. They do all of that work for you.
As for the other service I’ve received from Lawrence’s office, it has always been terrific. Every time I call or email the office, I am able to get my issues or questions resolved quickly and with a friendly attitude.
I’ll definitely continue to stay with Lawrence’s office even though I moved to San Jose a few years ago. It just makes sense to stay with someone I feel I can trust. Highly recommended.

I had two claims and they were processed flawlessly. I didn’t have to worrry about anything. One phone call and they took care of the rest. I moved to another state and they even helped me start a new policy and transfer all my credits. Lawrence is very personable and his staff is excellent. I wish I could keep him here in AZ.
