Patterson Enterprises is your source for all of your CPR, AED and First Aid training. We provide corporate and BLS Healthcare Provider CPR at your location with a minimum of 4 participants. Our classes promise to be educational and enjoyable. Our instructors are certified by both American Heart Association and Medic First Aid International. All of our professional instructors are trained and licensed medical professionals. If you happen to be in the market to purchase an AED we can help you with that. We can also taylor a training to meet your specific needs and goals. We can also do individual trainings in our downtown Pleasanton and we will do it around your busy schedule. Our trainings are fast, fun, friendly and filled with life saving information. Please give us a call if you have any questions or concerns.

Chief Instructor, Jeff Patterson, is a licensed EMT with several years experience in the field, primarily working for Golden Gate Fields and the Oakland Zoo. His experience and passion for helping people has since motivated him to expand into the world of CPR and first aid certification.

Patterson Enterprises is the way to go when it comes to CPR & AED training of any type. From the initial step of scheduling an appointment to the final step of receiving my certification in the mail, the process with Patterson Enterprises was great. The office is clean and well decorated. The chairs are comfortable and there are even refreshments and snacks. Mr. Patterson is passionate and great at what he does. He is well rehearsed and puts a professional yet humorous touch on all sessions to maximize your learning potential. He ensures everyone’s success with helpful tips, tricks, slogans and personal experiences. Mr. Patterson adjusts the pace if necessary (provides breaks if needed) and is flexible when scheduling appointments. The dummies are realistic and very clean. The Television used is big, has a clear image and the audio system is easily heard. The curriculum taught is up to date and includes the newest recommendations and technology. Compared to other CPR & AED classes I have taken; Peterson Enterprises has by far been the most thorough. The rates are affordable, especially when considering all that you are getting. If you are even considering taking a CPR & AED class of any type, I would highly recommend Patterson Enterprises.

Wow… Time flies when you are not paying attention. However, I have been looking forward to this CPR class for the past 2 years… Just like last time, Jeff made this boring class not only fun and painless, but also informative. The only pain I had was my sore arms and back the day after from doing the CPR…
My wife is a pharmacist, and her requirement for her CPR was a online class. I personally think Jeff’s class surpass those easy online courses due to the fact that we are doing it hands-​on! If you want a quality CPR class that actually teach you how to save lives with the hands on approach, give Jeff a call!

Very Professional and informative. Always able to answer any questions that our staff had for him. Jeff somehow even made a CPR class fun and engaging.

We use Patterson Enterprises as our CPR vendor for our company and Jeff has been very accommodating, willing to set up classes last-​minute, and work with some of our staff’s limited availability. I can’t believe it’s been 2 years now and today I had the pleasure of re-​certifiying my CPR skills with Jeff.
As before and as you can read from many other reviews — I can only compliment Jeff on his casual approach yet very professional and teaching, too.
You can tell he enjoys teaching people those life saving skills, a serious topic with a good touch of humor and so all that what he teaches you sticks with you.

I was walking in downtown Pleasanton a few weeks ago and came across the Patterson sign that promotes the CPR/​First Aid/​AED training and I wrote down the number.
The next day, I called the number and spoke with Jeff Patterson, the owner… which is rare nowadays.
I was pleased with what I heard and made an appointment for him to come to our facility and conduct some training.
Well, today was that day and I must say… not only was I impressed with his professionalism and knowledge, but the class was lively, and you can tell he cared. I’m the Training Manger for a $ 500 million dollar organization and we are now in talks with management to have Jeff conduct this training for all of our branches (20 of them) throughly California.

I had such a good experience with Patterson Enterprises! I needed my certification within a couple days before beginning my new job, and Jeff was really flexible in trying to find a time that would work for both of us.
Jeff is overall awesome — very personable and down to earth. He’s got a great sense of humor and has so many stories to tell. I felt so comfortable during the class, which was great, and had an awesome experience. He made sure to go over all the material, especially the sections that were most relevant to what I might need at my job site, and answered all the questions I had. He let me practice as much as I needed to and didn’t rush me or try and drag out the program either.
There’s not much else to say that hasn’t already been said by others! It was a really positive experience and I am absolutely going to come back in 2 years when it’s time to renew my certification!

I reached out to Jeff to help me train my 25 high school students in Infant, Child and Adult first aid and CPR. My experience was top notch.
From the beginning Jeff was quick to respond to emails and very organized. This made planning very easy. He let me know exactly what I would need to do and what he would cover.
On the day of the training Jeff arrived early and was set up and ready to start at the time we agreed on. He was flexible to meeting with another staff member so that I could transport students. CPR training is often very stressful for students. This time I noticed the students were very relaxed. Jeff is obviously passionate about what he does and was able to relate to my students and share stories that were relevant to what they are experiencing. He has fun catchy sayings that help the students remember how to implement and provide CPR and first aid. The best part was the radio and the song!!! The students had a blast and it relaxed them enough to participate in some scenarios.
In class the next day, the students felt great about the training. Many said they feel less stressed at their internship knowing they have this knowledge. The students of my class are very grateful to Jeff and apprecitate his sense of humor and passion for what he does.
I will continue to recommend Patterson Enterprises to the organizations I work with!!!

Jeff’s First Aid /​CPR class was great! I just finished my EMT class and needed a American Red Cross certification to apply for my State License. Jeff was extremely helpful in making that happen. I’ve taken 2 other CPR /​First Aid classes before his and I felt Jeff’s was the best. I walked out feeling more confident and a better EMT. I strongly recommend this class!

Jeff came our office last week and trained a couple of us on CPR/​AED. I was kind of apprehensive before the course — how can I save someone’s life or even attempt it? Jeff quickly made us feel at ease with his sense of humor, matter-​of-​fact instructions and tips and techniques. He was very informative and professional and kept the class moving quickly.
All of the attendees finished the class with a strong sense of accomplishment, as well as the knowledge to perform CRP, help a choking victim, and how to use an AED. He even helped us review our firm’s AED to ensure the battery was fresh and to check the pads.
That’s service that goes above and beyond. We will definitely use Jeff again. Highly recommended.

I was so in a hurry to get my CPR card bcos my school wanted me to get it within a wk, which is so ridiculous! I called up Jeff to see if can help me. He was extremely nice and arranged his schedule for me. I was tied up with school, clinicals and work so I can’t come on the days that he is available… He told me he can wait for me till 7pm after my clinicals in Salinas. He was so awesome! I mean, who does that! Nobody but Jeff! And I arrived a lil late but he didnt get upset and we stayed there till 9:30! He also made me a certificate so I can give it to my school d next day. He was very patient, informative and funny throughout the class. I learned a lot from him! He even walked me through my car coz it was already late. I can’t thank him enough!

I’m a Dental hygienist and my employer arranged a CPR CLASS for our office. It was a pleasant surprise when we arrived for the course and Jeff Patterson was all set up and ready to instruct. He was extremely knowledgable as well as organized and lectured only on the important information. I was never bored and lucky for us we completed the course in two hours flat!!! I’ve been practicing dental hygiene for 33 years and this is the BEST CPR course I have attended. Contact Jeff and you will not be disappointed!

Excellent customer service, great knowledge, good experience. This was by far the best experience I’ve ever had at a CPR training. As an EMT/​paramedic, I’ve had to renew my CPR many times. Jeff Patterson (owner and trainer of CPR courses) was the best instructor I’ve ever had. Jeff made the class fun and interesting the whole way through even after taking CPR training for the hundredth time. Jeff is a very patient and easy going instructor not like some of the other drill sergeants. Ill definitely go back to Patterson Enterprises the next time I need renew my CPR. I recommend this place to anyone who wants to learn the fundamentals of CPR in a relaxed and fun environment.
