If I could possibly give Robert 10 stars for professionalism, integrity, and overall «coolness» I would.
We are a physician couple who worked with Rob in East Bay over last few months. I couldn’t be more pleased with his availability, expertise, and patience with dealing with this volatile market and low inventory. Robert, within 3 listings, got «us» and what we were looking for. I could count on him to answer any text, call, or frantic email at anytime… and I know he is busy! He really lets a buyer make their own decision and give a relatively bias free opinion (if that’s possible) when asked the dreaded «What would you do Rob?» He dealt with things and stressful situations with ease… and he was never pushy, never selfish, and really a class act all around. I have met many sleazy, self serving agents, and I would never in a million years go to anyone else for my real estate dealings.
He spent a good amount of time and energy in looking at homes for us. We decided on a new build (after he spent hours on negotiating a home we almost went to contract with that ended up being quite questionable due to bizarre closing requests and after contract open houses!).
We found out Robert didn’t qualify to get the agent referral fee at the new development as I had seen the property without him 2 months prior as a walk in (note to buyers looking at new homes… dont go in without you real estate agent and dont sign anything unless u read it)
Instead of pushing the home we were initially in contract with and getting his commission, Rob insisted it was better for us to get what we really wanted. WHO DOES THAT? He happily wished us luck and went on his way: and it was GENUINE. No greed, no hard feelings, just absolute professionalism… WHICH IS A TOP NOTCH REAL ESATATE AGENT.
Thank you Robert. You have made a customer and referral base for life out of us, let us at least take you to dinner!

We initially met Robert because we were deciding on how to sell our condo. He has a lot of expertise in short selling but eventually guided us out of it which was the right decision
He was also able to help us win the bidding on our first house we made an offer for, which is apparently unheard of. We felt like we got the price we wanted, despite bidding against several others. He has a great feel for the market.

Robert is the BEST, No Kidding!
Robert and I worked together in search of my First home! Prior to meeting and working with Robert I had endured several unprofessional and less than helpful agents which made my experience a very Horrible one.
I have to say, working with Robert quickly turned all of that around for me! It started out with Robert being very open, clear, honest and upfront about the different situations and outcomes that we were facing. From there it went down the path of taking care of business, and this was predictable, questions were answered in a timely fashion, and updates were plentiful and prompt.

It was this bit of selflessness that makes Robert a rare gem in the real estate market and in the greater Bay Area.
More importantly, the results: Robert closed on our home that was a short-​sale transaction with two finicky lenders, Bank of America and American Home Mortgage, in less than two months. Timing was important for us to meet the school district’s application deadline, to which Robert was fully attentive and only made possible by his timely and persistent follow-​thru with the lenders. Robert was prepared and combined with his knowledge and experience with lenders, short-​sales, and the real estate business in general, the 100+ page short-​sale application only had to cross the negotiators’ desk once, and the approval letters were received. Furthermore, he managed to convince the lenders to absorb much of our closing cost, saving us thousands of dollars in the process. He setup our home inspections in a one day turnaround and also participated in person during the whole three hours. He consistently went out of this way to help, including engaging the original home builder for warranty repairs. All was made possible with Robert’s representation, and we truly felt blessed.
