Business Owner

Steve Fernandes is a licensed Real Estate Broker and has been working in the real estate field since 1998. Steve is a member of the Bay East Association of REALTORS®, the California Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of REALTORS®, the National Association of Residential Property Managers and has attained his California Certified Residential Manager (CCRM) credential. By managing in the Bay Area, he has attained a wide variety of experience in the real estate field. As a Bay Area native and resident since the 70’s, Steve is knowledgeable about the many reasons to call the Bay Area home. He started his career while training with a national real estate chain. While there, he learned the fundamentals of real estate by working with a well-​established group of REALTORS®.

Jonathan and Steve rocked it for us. They sold our Hayward Hills house during a very tough market within a month for close to asking price. We had a difficult and needy buyers but they kept me sane and in the end it was sold.
They then got us an awesome house in San Ramon for 30k under asking price. Again, I had bad luck and had a difficult seller but we pushed on and got the house.
Overall, they have been great. I would use them again in a heartbeat. They were very knowledgeable and detailed which I liked.

Steve and his entire team at Silver Creek managed our rental in Livermore for 5 years. They found reliable tenants, provided sound advice, handled all problems and issues timely and to the satisfaction of all parties. When it came time to sell, we elected to go with Silver Creek real estate and their lead agent, Jonathan A. What a great asset to any company. Jonathan always kept us informed, even when we were on vacation to NY! He got us our asking price and sped the process through with no hassles!

Speaking from the property owner side of things I am happy to recommend Steve and his team at Silver Creek. I have a couple of rentals in town and it is important to me that they be well managed, maintained and that problems are solved quickly. Renters and owners equally hate it when things go wrong so it is especially great that when problems occur, Steve just handles it. The renters end up feeling that they have been taken care of and the owner isn’t hassled by a lot of nonsense. I feel his charges are fair and yet he is mindful to keep expenses low. I would definitely use Silver Creek.

We rented a property from Silver Creek for over 2 years. They are very professional and easy to work with. Every time we needed a repair or anything they got back to us in a timely manner and always fixed the problem. They are also very helpful with the move out process and actually told us what to fix oursleves in order to get most of our deposit back. We would definitely recommend renting from this property management company.
