Honza P.

Business Owner

Jan «Honza» Pazdirek was born and raised in the Czech Republic (formerly Czechoslovakia). One of Honza’s fondest childhood memories was the fragrant smell of fresh cut wood during his visits to his grandfather’s wood-​working shop. As he grew older he began helping his father with various construction projects, and before long realized his affinity for carpentry, as well as the more detail-​oriented aspects of crafts like cabinet making and furniture design.

He eventually enrolled in a carpentry trade school and subsequently started his own cabinet shop. At the age of 29, Honza left the Czech Republic and emigrated to California, where his skills flourished and he continued working as a carpenter and contractor.

Honza is very experienced in all aspects of construction and building. His passion is well crafted, classically designed woodwork. His attention to detail and deep roots in European craftsmanship come through in every project, no matter the size or scope.
