I have had a hard time getting refills. Even when I have 3 refills. I can only get 2. The young woman on phone assures me that there is not a refill. The automated system said had to call doctor. My bottles say otherwise. Thus is one bad experience. My husband calls and the automated phone message says his heart medicine there. He drives up to store. It is not filled. It happens all the time. Sometimes we have to call the Dr to have them understand the situation and correct the situation. Thus is not healthy or helpfull, husband does not answer the win $3000 and tell us how we are doing. Good idea to call them. Tried to go to other pharmacy.

I love this pharmacy! The drive thru service is very convenient when your not feeling well and need your medication or if you have kids with you. They call when my refill is ready and I pick it up! Simple as that.

I like to write a review about the Walgreens on Foothill in Pomona to tell you that it’s not worth even going to if you want to go and pick up your drugs they’re never there we have a problem of notifying you when your prescription is ready I have a lot of problems with this Walgreens in Pomona on Foothill Boulevard if I had my way I would suggest you go somewhere else like Rite Aid or Walmart or somewhere else other than Walgreens please don’t go to Walgreens its a waste of time

Slowest staff on the planet. The ease of the drive thru service is completely lost in the lack of efficiency by everyone working there. They also can’t seem to figure out the difference between workers comp and standard insurance when it comes to billing. Seems like they are stuck in the 20th century and content to stay there.

I can’t believe they take forever to answer the call. I called them to order a refill but it required to talk to a pharmacist. I stayed on the phone for about 30 min and finally I decided to drive there while on the phone. I found out that they were not busy at all and yet I was still on the hold. Can’t believe they don’t appreciate the time of others. I’m defenately going to change my pharmacy.

Absolutely love this pharmacy! Although ending at this Walgreen’s was not via a good encounter with the company itself, I’m glad I was lead here. At another Walgreen’s I was treated poorly and as a customer. Here I am treated as a patient and person. They care about how long I can wait… whether they can or can try to accommodate my time frame, they are always friendly and remember my name and above all, I am always in and out of there extremely quickly. This is my pharmacy! You should give it a try!

For a drive-thru pharmacy, this is fantastic. Very small walk-in store but very convenient. We’ve used this place for the prescriptions for all five family members for many years. Last year, our insurance cut off Walgreens and we had to use the CVS next door, but to our delight they worked out a deal for this year, and we’re back to this Walgreens and as happy as ever with the service. Prescriptions are filled fast and correctly, they notify us by phone, and autopay makes pickup quick and easy.

I transferred my prescription from target to Walgreen big mistake they are rude and argumentative. Was their today and again the same pharmacist was arguing with a another customer. Wow I plan on letting corporate know they have a huge problem that needs to be corrected. The only reason I don’t change is that it’s a hassle and don’t have the time, But if this continues I will change.

Save your time and frustration, visit another location. The woman in the drive-thru drop-off window is rude and I have had more than one upsetting experience with her.
