Love their triple threat wings and fried pickles. Their wings are better than Pompano Wings and Things. Amy, our waitress, was very knowledgeable about draft beers. Super friendly and professional. We usually prefer sitting in the booths at the bar area vs. the tables

I come to this location all the time.. if Carine is not working, the service sucks. I am being waited by a pregnant woman right now in hailing cigarette smoke. Very disappointed… the Manager cursing and arguing on the his cell phone. All staff members on their cell phone and horrible service!

We went to bruise room on Sunday the 31^st January. The ladies bathroom was so disgusting all the toilets were full of poop paper it was a plunger left in one of the toilets it smelled so bad I went to the manager she told me everyone’s complaining and she can’t get anything fixed in there I will never go back there and I took pictures I should post them but I’m not gonna be that disrespectful

The waitress was nice and… that’s about it. The place smells funny, very outdated, and the food was mediocre. Fries were cold, wings were horrible, and blue cheese dip was not good. Pass on this place. My opinion!

Bru’s Room in general has a somewhat outdated vibe. However, the customer service here was very good the few times I have been here. If you are sitting at the outside bar area, make sure you wear long pants or you WILL get bitten. The wings are damn good and the beer is decently priced.

The triple threat wings are Righteous!!!
Plus a free beer with your first check-in…you can’t beat that!

I had the California chicken sandwich it was awesome. My bf had the ribs because on Wednesday a full rack is only $ 10 they were great. He even said the slaw was better than flanagans which is his favorite. Pleasantly surprised cuz I usually only come here for the drinks.

Nice spot to come to after work to unwind with some friends and drinks. The chicken quesadillas were delicious. Lots of staff were on hand, most were helpful and solicitous.

They have TVs everywhere, so it’s good to watch some games with friends. The beer is good too.
But the food was… let’s call it interesting. We had buffalo hot wings, buffalo chips and chicken quesadilla. None of it tasted good. Vegies were burned, quesadilla very oily, and the hot wings had a hint of cinnamon which you couldn’t ignore — it made me want to go to a German Christmas market. :D
Also, the table was dirty and we had to ask the waitress to clean it up — which didn’t help much.
It just seems to be an older place that’s needs some renovation.

I recently visited this location of Bru’s room for a Florida Gator football watch party. We sat in the outdoor patio area which was covered and reasonably cool because of huge outdoor fan circulating air. The patio had a sufficient number of TVs to watch the multiple games they were showing that afternoon.
It was a little unclear who our server was at first since no one sat us, but eventually someone came around. She was very attentive to keeping our beverages refilled throughout the game. The only downside to the outdoor area was there was no designated smoking and no smoking area. I hate the smell of cigarettes while I’m eating. The location itself seems a little worn out, even for a sport-​bar, so I couldn’t give it any higher review on ambiance.
We ordered chicken nachos and a grilled chicken sandwich. The sandwich came with a choice of sides, but I selected chips. They were excellent — thin sliced spirals of potato fried to a crisp and dusted with seasoned-​salt. Ranch on the side for dipping makes them extra tasty. The nachos weren’t just a pile of chips with a pile of toppings, each was preassembled with chicken and other toppings with extra tomato, lettuce, and jalapenos for more goodness.

High prices for low quality. The wings are the best thing on the menu, if you want anything else don’t go here. I used to be a Bru’s regular and then slowly started to hate it. Then they raised the prices of almost everything on the menu. There are many many sports bars better then here!

Drink was watered down and found plastic in the chicken nachos. Probably won’t be coming back anytime soon.

HORRIBLE Service, DONT EVER GO ON A LUNCH BREAK!!! it took over 15 mins for anyone to come take the order, had to go ask the hostess, then it took another 35mins to get our food out! Our waitress was fairly unapologetic and stated that she was «covering our table» as if she was doing us a favor! We spoke to the manager once, he never came back to the table as he walked away and said «I’ll make sure to take care of you»…
We had to take all of our food TO GO because it took so long! «taking care of us» meant they gave us 25% off our food… awful considering the food was now cold and mediocre to begin with… NEVER AGAIN!

Old place and smells funny. There is not other better way how I could possibly describe this place.
My first impression was as if I was walking into a Chevy Chase movie, super 80’s with a bunch of super weird people and weirder vibe. My wife took me here cause I was craving some bar food and she said the one in Pembroke is amazing. Well I have no idea about the other one, but this place was brutal and not in a good way.
Our food took over 40 min, she ordered a Margarita I tried it and was pure cheap tequila, and Im not talking about Jose Cuervo this one was something worse than that. We ordered some Buffalo chips, chicken wings, Texas fries, and fried Calamari. The Calamari was overcooked so bad that it was like eating rubber bands, I couldn’t even eat half of the plate. Texas fries were just fries with a little bit of bacon bites and very little cheese and I think there was some Jalapeños on it. The wings were good but that was about it. Definitely not going back to this place save your money and go somewhere else.

Two Words: BUFFALO CHIPS!
My husband and I were craving some good old bar food, and since he had never been here, I suggested this restaurant. Now, this was my first time in this location, and I will admit I was a bit skeptical when we first entered. I understand this is an older location, but as soon as you open the front doors, you are welcomed by a sad and dirty dining area with booths and some tables. Given that view, we were ready to walk out, but we decided to explore the place before leaving. Just a few steps down from the front doors, we found the bar area and the huge TV’s and high tops that are typical of a sports bar. For a moment I thought I have gone into a different restaurant, because both of those spaces are day and night.
Our friendly waitress approached us and immediately offered something to drink. That night I was feeling adventurous and I got a Margarita with a double tequila shot. oh yeah! As is the norm with my husband and I when we are hungry, we ordered about 4 different dishes, which we thought we would devoured. The first runner up were the Texas Fries, these were waffle fries, sprinkled with cheese, jalapenos and bacon, all which came with a side of ranch dressing… talk about yum! Then we ordered the Buffalo Chips, and I swear they are the best thing since sliced bread. These are homemade potato chips with a special and secret seasoning that gives the chips a salty and spicy taste. I swear I could live by only eating this alone!
We then proceed to order 16 wings and if that wasn’t enough, an order of fried calamari as well. By the time the wings and calamari arrived, we had stuffed our faces with the chips and fries, so we were getting to our limit. It is safe to say that we didn’t even eat half of what we ordered, because as always, we eat with our eyes. The wings were really yummy, but I was a bit disappointed on the Triple Threat sauce. I remember having it at another location, and it was perfection, but this time around they were drenched in so much garlic, it was almost not eatable.
To say we would make this our regular sports bar date is a little bit too stretched from the truth, but I would certainly be back for those Buffalo Chips over and over again!!!

Over the years I have had pretty solid take out service from them (usually wings or a burger and of course the fried pickles) and dining in is your typical sports bar type experience. The last two times I have been here I have sat outside and both times had to go to the bar (even though we had a waiter or waitress) to get another drink. When it comes to takeout I have been really happy and will continue to take for to go, I just wish that inside (or outside for that matter) it wasn’t as crazy busy. Good selection of games playing though… bru’s has always been spot on with that!

I always try my best to have patience when it comes to the service industry, but a simple hello goes a very long way with me. If you ignore me or are simply lazy, be prepared to be written about here on Unilocal.
I came here with a group of about 7 people on a Monday afternoon. Upon walking in, the two hostesses gabbing to each other at the front did not give us the time of day. It was pretty packed and we asked them where would be a good spot for our large group to sit together. They pointed to a room away from the main dining area and said «over there.» Upon walking to this secluded room, we asked a server walking by whether it would be okay to move two tables together. We got a short nod and a mumbled «yeah sure ok.» Not so much as a hello or a be right with you.
Not only did one of the people in my group have to bring us menus as our server didnt, it took her a while to even come over and ask for our drinks. I had to ask for water three times before it was finally brought to me. After a while however, she started to come around more and actually gee, shocking, pay attention to her table. That is the only reason i am giving two stars rather than one. The food was bland and the service was not that great to start. Like I said before, just acknowledging me goes a very long way.
Every employee looked under 18. I understand this is to help them gain experience and what not which I am a true advocate for, but please, the customer service was atrocious on many levels. Have a serious talk with your staff and reconsider who is working for you.

We have tried so hard to like this place!
We really enjoy the Bru’s on Deerfield Beach. However, this location (oddly enough, not related to the Deerfield Beach location) has never been able to satisfy us.
This past Friday night (3−6−15), we went to meet my Brother and Sister-​in-​law. Once we were seated we were told that it would take at least 90 minutes to get our food. 90 minutes?! How does a kitchen get that backed up?
Sorry Bru’s. Your wings aren’t that good.

WORSE BRUS ROOM I’VE EVER BEEN TO!!! SERVER ADDED TIP TO MY CREDIT CARD! I have been trying to call numerous times and no one answers to give me a reimbursement!
Not only did my server steal from me by adding more money to my card but she was a HORRIBLE SERVER. She did not ONCE come to the table unless we asked the bus boy or another server to call her over. The whole time she was sitting talking to the other employees.
I highly recommend no one to go to this brus room. Drive 5 miles farther and visit the one on hillsboro.
