History

Established in 2003.

At Engineered Air, we use our extensive knowledge of HVAC systems to help you maintain a comfortable indoor climate in your home. Since 1970, our management team has been working together to provide quality customer service to the areas of Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, St. Lucie, Indian River, Lee and Collier Counties. During this time, our air conditioning company has installed and serviced over 150,000 air conditioning units for residential and commercial customers in South Florida.

Meet the Business Owner

Elliot S.

Business Owner

A former CEO and director of multiple organizations and businesses, Elliot is the managing member of Engineered Air.

Elliot brings HVAC industry and executive experience in the air conditioning industry, having served in several roles:

*South Florida Air Conditioning Contractors Association, president

*Florida State Air Conditioning Contractors Association, vice president

*Air Conditioning Contractors of America, national president (2 terms)

Aside from Elliot’s professional career, he’s an active community member. He was a member of the Broward County Board of Rules and Appeals for 12 years and the Palm Beach County Code Advisory Board for several years.

Elliot also served three terms as mayor for the Village of Sea Ranch Lakes, among other civic involvement.
