On June 1 2013 we opened the doors at our south Florida location .Our training ranges from, dealer, corporate, sales and the manufacturing plant .This includes dealing one on one with customers, to assembling your Mercedes-​Benz in the factory. our love for the product and respect and passion really shows in our work. We are honest with our customers, and treat each and every vehicle as if it was our own. As Formula One race enthusiasts, we strive on providing each vehicle to perform its best. I can’t say enough positive things about my experience. I had recently purchased a used Mercedes and brought it in for Rolston to inspect. He found that the car needed some repair work done and also informed me that the work fell under the original warranty. So instead of taking the money himself he directed me to the dealer who did the repair work at no cost. Bottom line, he and his wife are honest and provide exceptional customer service. I will not be taking my Mercedes anywhere else for service.

I have owned Mercedes Benz automobiles for 15 years, and have never been able to find a service provider that is fair, honest, and reliable, until now. I tried to find a bad review, but couldn’t. Merc Werks is not only fast, but provide only the services needed, and don’t try to upsell repairs that aren’t needed. This was my first visit, and the repair cost were over 1,000.00 less than what was quoted at the dealer. I can assure you, they have another loyal customer for life. They are a husband and wife team, and they know what they are talking about, they are friendly, and most importantly, do a great job. No, they didn’t have coffee and donuts, but that’s okay, I can buy dozens of donuts with the money I saved on repairs. I highly recommend you check them out, and give them a try, you won’t regret it. I met Ralston and Mackenzie almost (2) years ago by chance and I consider
their shop to be a treasured find. This is the most honest, trustworthy, fair priced and definitely the best auto repair shop I have ever been too. They have saved me a lot of money!!! THIS SHOP COMES HIGHLY RECOMMENDED.

Took my Mercedes here after being ripped off by another mechanic. I must say, Rolston and Mackenzie are wonderful people and I could not be happier with their service. I highly recommend them if you want good quality service at a fair price.

I hesitated to write this review because Mercwerks is such a great find and usually very busy. The married owners have a history of working for Mercedes agencies so they know all the models and how to fix them in a professional and cost effective manner. Even though my cars are under warranty, I take them here for service and repairs, because they work with all the major warranty insurance companies. The most important part of this review is to assure everyone that they are not only honest and dependable, but also warm and welcoming.

Found these guys through AAA. They are a family owned business. First, when a shop tells you not to do a particular work done because its just a waste of money, you can bet on it that they are as honest as it gets. I came for a tranny service and oil change. Wanted some other things done in the future but they said no dont do it because its really not needed. where can you find a shop that actually refuses your money?
These guys are the best in my opinion. Honest and trustworthy. They took me in without an appointment, finished the car in a few hours and even washed it! They only use Original Mercedes Benz fluids and parts. Now i know where to take my car in for a service!

Took my 2013 c300 for A service. Service was quick and a lot more affordable than the dealership. They register all services on car fax which helps with any warranty issues. Owner and his wife are really nice and honest. I will definitely be taking my car back for B service.

Afraid of independent shops? Fear no more! Found him online after reading a bunch of positive reviews from other satisfied Benz owners. All I can say is I’m glad I did!
Fair prices, and expert workmanship. The owner is a former MB dealership shop foreman, and celebrity car repairer’, not to mention owns a modded C36AMG, that will blow the tailpipes off of most new S/C’d V8’s. Had him work on my CLK430, and then MY SL55, he respected my request to not scratch up the newly powdercoated finish on my rims, as well as talked me out of an unnecessary service (changing a particular fluid I’d read on the forums I should). If & when I need maintenance or repair service again, this is where I’ll be going.
