We are renovating an older house and had to replace our many windows and our front door. I am so glad I decided on Clarkston Window & Door to help with this major renovation! Jim (sales person), was not only knowledgeable with the various product lines they offer, but also, sensitive to working within one’s budgetary constraints. Dave called us every step of the way so that we knew exactly when the windows and doors would arrive and also when we could expect installation. I was very impressed with the highly skilled & efficient installers. This company definitely offers «quality customer service» with a quality product line with excellent craftsmanship.
We are really excited with our new windows and especially our new front door. We have been amazed with the quality of work and also the counseling in choosing the right products for our home! Now that this job is done, we may decide to replace the garage door as well. Clarkston Window will definately be our «go to» window and door company.

Worst ever customer service. First call inquiring about Therma Tru door Quote, told me to request online so I did, no follow up for over a week. So I went to the store, was shown samples and given a quote with a couple options and color samples to take home. Went home made my decision called them back could not find my quote asked to talk to the salesman I worked with not working that day left my number to call me back. Days go by no call, So I called the salesman and told him I am ready to order and have them install it, so he said I’ll have the installer call you to schedule an appointment to measure, never heard back from them… If I’m going to spend several thousand dollars for a door, I expect more. And as a small business owner myself the customer service here is the worst, I’m suprised you have so many people pretending to work in your store!

I actually haven’t had a need to have any doors or windows repaired *knocks on wood*

It’s an amazing app, and more so because Mobibo pays you to view these deals and discounts!
