My friend needed to be seen at a hospital immediately in the middle of the night, forcing us to come to this hospital. I was relieved and surprised that we were seen right away. Unfortunately, another patient came in, needing immediate attention, so we were there for 4 hours. I was still impressed and happy with the way the staff helped her. It looks kind of sketchy but the staff is very professional and helpful.

The only urgent care open 24 hours in Pontiac. Fast in and out. Why wait hours at the ER? when most of the time the Urgent care can have you being seen in about 15 min.

This hospital doesn’t even deserve the one star I had to give it. The nurses are rude and insensitive, and make a fuss if you ask them for any help. Shame on them!
