We choose Evelyn’s Jumpers for our party this weekend and I could not be more pleased. Their customer service is phenomenal and will go above and beyond to make sure everything is exactly in order. I will absolutely use them in the future for all of our party needs. The 5-​in-​1 Jumper was a HUGE hit!

Best Pricing in all of Conejo Valley for table, chair and linens! Only $ 15 delivery charge to Thousand Oaks. Cost me half of all the other quotes! Hope the service is as good as the price!

Evelyn’s Jumpers and Party Rentals were amazing! They arrived on time – travelling all the way to Simi Valley!! – without a hitch and were very professional with their set up. The jumper was clean. When we weren’t sure if we wanted a themed banner, they offered to bring an option or two anyway and let me pick in person. Their customer service is very friendly, helpful, and efficient. They collected on time (and gave me a courtesy call to let me know when they arrived). The kids had an amazing time at our event – so much so that we’re renting a bounce house again this month!

Extremely happy! After calling around to other companies for price information, Evelyns had the best price and included the generator and park permit I needed for my daughter’s 6^th birthday. We made the reservation and an employee named Luis texted shortly after to confirm the date, time, jumper requested, and what would happen in the event of a rain (which was expected on the day of the party but we managed to avoid it). They arrived early for the jumper set up. Both employees were professional and secured the jumper really well. The birthday girl and all our guests were thrilled with the jumper!!! I will use this company for all future events after having such an AMAZING experience.

Rented a 20×30 canopy and loved it. They have great prices. They were always on time for set-​up and take down. Very accommodating and nice. Will definitely rent from them in the future and recommend to others!

We used Evelyn’s for tables, chairs and linens. The service we received was phenomenal. Luis made everything so easy and provided great customer service. They were prompt and the best deal around. Linens were clean and Luis let us see the colors he had available before our party to make sure it would match our décor. The gentlemen that dropped off and picked up for our daughter’s party today were professional and courteous. Great team and company. We will use again and refer. Moorpark bounce house !!! Such a breath of fresh air! This company is actually on time compared to the last place we used. They called before they came and called to pick it up so not to wake my kids ! Their bounce house was clean and big ! The people who dropped it off were very friendly. thank you eveylns !!!

My cousin used them for my nephew’s first birthday party & these guys know what they are doing! Extremely punctual, they give you a heads up before they arrive to set everything up & before they arrive to take everything down. Set up & take down is extremely fast, great customer service & honestly the best in their industry! The event was in Moorpark on a Sunday & they arrived to take everything down at the perfect time. Thank you so much for the fantastic service & will definitely be called upon again!

I read all the Unilocal reviews– and was overwhelmed by 5 stars from everyone. I used Evelyn’s for my husband’s 30^th birthday party in Ventura. They were phenomenal. Absolutely fantastic service, product, and communication. Luis was responsive to all my questions, comments, and timelines. He came the night before to make sure that the lights would be sufficient for lighting the night of the party (the following evening). They brought the bounce house the next day (party started at 4, brought it at 1 pm) and even put a blanket on the inside so it wouldn’t get too warm for the little ones when they jumped in.
This company is too good to be true! I will be using them for every party I have in the future. Fantastic!

I first used them in January (2015) for my son’s birthday party– as fate would have it, it was the windiest day ever so we were unable to make use of the AWESOME jumper we had rented for fear that it would blow away with our kids in it. He literally never even got to step foot in it, it was THAT windy. I contacted them shortly after 4pm or so to schedule an early pick-​up since seeing the deflated jumper outside just made all the kids antsy. They were incredibly polite and apologetic about the situation (they had no control over the wind, really) and offered a discount as well as a credit for the next time we used them. The credit was used for my brother’s birthday and they were, again, prompt, polite and professional with drop-​off and pick-​up.
Fast forward to 6 months where we are now using them on a weekly basis for the banquet hall here at the hotel I work for. Luis has been great and super easy to work with– he ALWAYS answers his phone, responds via email within hours and always sends invoices as soon as they are requested. Whenever they unload chairs– they make sure they have all the correct equipment, are careful to not damage anything in our venue and even clean off every single chair they take off the truck. I cannot stress how clean and neat they are– from appearance to equipment.
It is refreshing to work with such professional people, I definitely plan to use them for every personal event and whatever work events we may need. Thank you, Luis and crew!

I have had a few experiences with different party rentals for different types of functions. This by far is the best by a landslide. They are polite, prompt, have your order perfect, the rental tables are in great condition. the tables light weight and sturdy, chairs are clean and sound, the jumpers are amazing and clean. The person setting up speaks English and is texts you when they are arriving way in advance and was prompt with pick up. I was referred to them and I have referred them at least a dozen times already. Thank you for making party throwing less stressful!!!

I used Evelyns Jumpers for the first time about a month ago for my daughters 8^th Bday Bash and have already used them once again since. Their jumpers, tents, tables, and chairs were all super clean… I can’t stress how important that is! They were very easy to get in touch with at all times. I ordered the 4in1 jumper and I was a bit scared that it wouldn’t fit in our small driveway. I expressed my concern to Luis (team manager) and he was kind enough to come to the house a week prior to the party to measure the driveway to make sure the jumper did indeed fit. CUSTOMER SERVICE AT ITS FINEST. This past weekend we used Evelyns Jumpers to rent a canopy tent. Again, their customer service blew me away… They helped take down all the drapery I bombarded the canopy without hesitation. Without a doubt I will always use Evelyns Jumpers for my party rental needs.
