Absolutely terrible experience. You can’t get a highlighting without getting a consultation which costs 25 dollars. Then they say they will deduct that from price when you get highlight, but the highlights cost 80 and lowlights cost same. $ 160 for a partial?! I’ve never paid so much in my life to get a partial. And worse than that, Alexa did my hair and didn’t do anything we agreed upon. We said chunky highlights. No highlights took, only lowlights. So I was actually darker than when I began! And she didn’t even notice! Went to Paris salon in st James to correct the nightmare. Will never go back to arame!

What a great salon experience! I have not been to an Aveda salon that has all the amentities since I lived in CA (3 years ago) and I was really missing out. Love the location of this salon right near shopping and the water. I walked in and sat right into the sylists chair with no wait. I had Phyllis as my stylist she was amazing and the colors came out awesome. I had low lights and highlights done, beautiful work! And of course they include a free hand massage and aromatherapy while your getting your hair done. Love it Love it Love it! I will be back!
