True Classic Pilates with modern teaching methods. All levels of fitness are welcome at our bright and airy studio from athletes to post re-​hab clients. Fully equipped with Pilates apparatus including Reformer, Cadillac, Barrel and Chair. Only highest quality equipment is used. Instructors are experienced, Pilates Method Alliance certified.

Friendly atmosphere, non competitive. Students quickly change their bodies gaining internal and external strength and better posture.

History

Established in 2013.

Port Jefferson Pilates is owned and directed by Vivian Piccone Jung, formerly director of Riverhead Pilates. Vivian opened the studio here to serve the community of Port Jefferson and surrounding areas because she loves the Village.

Located in the Ecolin, Lighthouse Jewelers building on the second floor, the studio has state-​of-​the-​art equipment and facilities. The flooring is imported Italian sport flooring. The equipment is Basil designed Classic Pilates apparatus. A beautiful ballet barre and floor to ceiling mirrors finish the light and bright space.
