Established in 1989, SWAT 24 is a family owned and operated business. We are the full service property damage specialist serving the Treasure Coast area for over 16 years.

Founder, John O. Coleman, has spent a lifetime in the construction industry. He has been acknowledge by numerous organizations over the years for his accomplishments as a builder, a Certified Graduate Re-​modeler and a Certified Restorer, but if you asked him he would let you know that he is most proud of the accomplishments of his son, Jason O. Coleman. Jason is the President of Operations of SWAT 24 Florida, with certifications in Fire, Water, Odor & Mold Restoration and Carpet & Tile cleaning. SWAT 24 is fully licensed, certified and insured for complete assurance.
