I have a lot of memories of this store growing up in the port/Saukville area. My mother took us school shopping here and we always got items for our Halloween costumes there. It did see many face lifts over the years and added an Annex which eventually was made a part of the main building. The new front face of the building is nice and the cashiers are always very nice and friendly. The store does have a lot of pricing issues that I’ve noticed over the years. Some items are fair with other thrift store pricing and the condition the item is in. And others are so over priced you’d be better going to the store and buying the item new. The store is divided up into several different sections. When walking in through the front door if you walk to the left there are religious items, then back into the building is outdoor and sports related items. In the main building is clothing, accessories, toys and shoes. There is a wheelchair accessible ramp into the next building. In that building is furniture, music, and household items. And the last building is more candles and furniture. It’s a maze of buildings put together but it’s organized really well and the displays put together very well. I wish I could give this store more stars because I the nice staff but until the pricing is more fair it must stay subpar.

I have enjoyed visiting St. Vinnys for years now. They have a pretty big selection and super-friendly staff. Be sure to visit the annex in the back for furniture, games, and other odds and ends.

A decent selection of clothes, books, and kitchen items. The checkout clerks are always nice. The drop off donation people, not so nice. I’ve donated here twice a year for four years and I always drive away thinking«Damn, they are pretty rude considering I just donated a car full of quality items…» Having moved recently and given to The Council of the Blind in West Allis and having their staff overjoyed and helpful with unloading, it was a stark reminder watching the donation helper smoke a cig and sit on a crate while I unloaded my car. They only thing he said after watching me unload for five minutes was«This is plastic case is cracked, we won’t take it. Put it back in your car.» after I unloaded 12 boxes of items. That’s been my typical experience donating here. I’m done. I’ll give where they are happy to have my things to resell like the Council of the Blind even if it means driving an extra 20 minutes.

Decent shop with mostly used items, some collectibles, and some new items(spices and other kitchen items, cards and other misc…). I think there is a used furniture in the back, but hadn’t been back there.
